Unprofessional staff, thugs, fraud company.
My ordered products (for which I made advance payment) were not delivered; instead, a different product was provided; despite several calls/emails (with pictures of what was sent and what was expected), no one on the Amazon team is listening. The customer care team shut the call on my face and didn't let me explain my point. Highly disappointed. I hope my message reaches to the top so that they know what their field teams are doing.
