I am Prime membership customer
I booked on 25th Oneplus 9pro mobile for my daughter birthday gift. I expected before 30th.
Today 30th Sep still not despatched.
Try to fool valuable customers by commit 28th Sep, when purchase product and after payment done it’s changed to 6th October.
Customer care support is worst. they only apologize, not try to resolve.
No use having Prime membership.
You need to show delivery date before payment
