The customer service is so incompetent.
You have to speak to service agent after service agent, asking same question over and over.
Non of them read the report from last time. They have no idea how to help. Calls getting constantly disconnected all the time.
They are not acting upon sells who deliberately send wrong products / false marketing. And getting a refund is so difficult even after seller has taken product back.
For 1 month I have tried to solve this with them and every day we start from scratch.
