Hi All, I would not recommend using Amazon to order any highly expensive items by paying upfront. I had a very bad experience with Amazon India which I would like to share here. I had complained to Amazon India regarding my order 406-0951712-5599537 which is marked as delivered on 9th Feb but I have not received the item. They investigated the issue and refused to refund. It shows that they trust their delivery agents who are lying but do not trust customers. Very disappointing ... No transparency in the investigation... I escalated my complaint to the next level in Amazon but of no use. Surprisingly They even did not call me on 9th Feb when they delivered item. Also There is no any entry for my flat on the MyGate application used for the entries from Main Gate of our housing society CostaRica, Wakad, Pune. I have checked with our society (costarica) security guards to validate the entries on the gate on 9-Feb but there is no such entry and also I checked CC TV footage on the same day but noone came to my flat for delivery. If they have investigated the issue then why don't they make it more transparent . Why don't they share proof of their investigations i.e. signature of the person who received the parcel or any proof for the communication between the delivery boy and me. Secondly, the address mentioned in the order details was not having a flat number. I don't know how the parcel was delivered with the incorrect address and without any communication with the recipient (me). Thank & Regards, Sadhana Mahesh Uparate
