Absolute disgrace and useless. 1. Most of the time these agents cannot understand anything but Manglish and I, the customer, can't understand all the words they are saying if I don't speak likewise. I do understand some of what they say, but not all. As a result there is miscommunication. Now I see why many foreign companies stopped using Indian helpdesks. 2. Look elsewhere for courteous, polite service. Having lived in the U.S. most of my life, I am able to compare, and frankly it is pathetic! People hanging up on you or simply not responding in the middle of chats at their whims. Unprofessional and laughable.. it seems Amazon U.S. kicks out rude, useless agents while India thrives on them!😡 it is unthinkable how they can be a division of the Amazon we all know and love. 3. Incompetent. I phoned four times.to get an issue resolved and I was fed a lot of B.S. on the phone and online. There is no Facebook presence, either, as many other companies do where they are run by upper management, not peons. I am fed up. No longer buying anything from here. Amazon India is an irredeemable basket case. Shame on Bezos for hiring such people and not giving customers better value. Too bad Amazon India is not run by Elon Musk - there would be a lot of asses kicked.
