customer service people are highly undertrained and dont tell you anything which you cant see on your own dashboard. Moreover, they blatantly lie, saying that the issue will be resolved. week later i realize my money is gone and everytime i have to explain the issue to a new uninformed person who tells me that he cant help.
simply ridiculous. I have had exceptional service from amazon in the past.
