Worst experience.
Delivery -> They say, its delivered . But it was not delivered anywhere.
Tracking -> It seems we have to intimate that immediately within 7 days. But how can you intimate so soon, if you don't even realize , it is showing delivered.
Customer Service -> You talk to an agent, explain the scenario. But before they resolve the issue or give any kind of explanation, the agent is changed and you have to start over again.
Finally, they did not do anything for the concern and disconnected the chat on asking for reference number to escalate.
