I have had good experiences with Amazon few years before but not now. I did place orders even after disappointed delivery services because I thought it might be a error but they proved wrong. All of these are COD orders and I will not trust Amazon for Pre-Paid Orders ever again. I ordered a Metal Car toy it was showing delivery in two days. I waited the day full for the delivery person to call I never ever got a call. And later that day evening I got a automated call stating that I refused the order and asking to press 1 if I wish to cancel the order or press 2 if you want Re- delivery. I pressed 2, and it stated that the order will be re-delivered within next 24 to 48 hours, after two days again, a delivery person called for delivery but I had already purchased the item elsewhere because it was supposed to be a gift so I refused and cancelled the order. Order for Hair dryer -again I trusted Amazon and I purchased a hairdryer. Even the hairdryer showed delivery in three days and the days passed. I waited for the whole day for the delivery person to call because last time I never got a call . The same happened this time . I never got a call and by the end of the day I got an automated call from Amazon requesting for a redelivery or cancellation stating that I refuse the order . Again I opted redelivery option and it was never ever delivered to me. It’s been two days. Well I purchased the same one via Blinkit today, got it in 15 minutes . Order for Shoe Rack - well I again ordered for a shoe rack because the price was better. I saw the reviews were-good for the shoe rack but then again I saw 300 Rs lesser price in another website so I cancelled the order next day as it was not showing shipped out. But I got a message stating that the order has already been shipped out so to refuse the delivery if they try to deliver or attempt to deliver. And the tracking was serviceable that it arrive to New Delhi or somewhere I am staying in Bangalore so I thought okay well as it is still not showing cancelled in the order page. It was still showing it is-in transit and it would arrive by this Sunday that is on the 7nth. I thought I will contact the customer service about this and I clearly texted them that I do not want to cancel the order. Let it come and I will receive the item. I just wanted to make sure about this fact. But as a response a customer service executive send me a reply that they have successfully cancelled the order as per my request now and she have just placed cancellation request on my order. Then I said them I request that for continuing with the order and were not for cancelling I have listed the issue above. I don’t know if they’re using a chat -Bot or a real humans helping us because all the responses are the worst they don’t even read anything. Clearly the same happened with my previous orders as well. I texted I chatted with the customer service people and they were all giving answers without reading what we sent , I am never going to shop with Amazon prepaid option or I’m never going to trust Amazon that they will deliver it to say you in specific day. I will obviously order from Amazon but obviously I will not trust and order. I always thought Amazon is better than Flipkart, but it’s not . Let me say Flipkart delivery is Awesome!
