Does anyone know what happened to the orders quoted below? I called the courier, who doesn't answer, I chatted several times with Amazon customer service, and I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING. Please, note that this is a guest house open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so the recipient is never absent. No one at the reception has seen the courier for these deliveries. The customer service tells lies very kindly, and today one of the order results *undeliverable*, one *delivered* but it is not true. We have also several non existent delivery attempts. This is a fraud for customers, for sellers and for the company: do something! Beside, the Amazon delivery telephone line says today that there are no deliveries for me.
