I have been an Amazon Prime member & a prolific shopper for many years. Previously, the Returns process on Amazon.in was smooth & efficient. Of late, returns are being rejected & not being picked up by Amazon carriers for no valid reason. It happened to me 4 times in the last couple of months & I had to call up Customer Service for assistance.
I have now decided to shop local as far as possible & not renew my Prime membership, going forward. Amazon, you have lost a loyal customer.
