I’m beginning to wonder what’s really going on with Amazon India’s product quality and delivery service.
A few days ago, I ordered a 15-meter-long water hose. However, the item I received was only 12 meters in length. When I returned it, I expected Amazon to send a replacement with the correct length. Instead, they simply processed a refund—after a few days’ delay.
This approach shows that Amazon is not taking any corrective action. Rather than fixing the issue, they hold on to the customer’s money for 2–3 weeks, which is disappointing and inconvenient.
