I have had great service with Amazon but this last one was so terrible I don't have words for it. Ordered from a 3rd party seller on Amazon rated as amazing on the site. Order did not come after 10 days and each time I spoke to Amazon I was told to wait another 2 days. After multiple calls and emails I made a noise on twitter and still had no proper help in getting a refund. The purchase was expensive too. Had to email the MD email to get a response. Ended up that the sellers account was hacked and many people caught. Took 4 days after final email for a refund
