I'm extremely sad that I can't give a 0 or negative rating. Amazon.in just looted me of INR 7000. The 2 gift cards I added of total INR 7000 can't be found in my account. It wasn't used at all and now they're saying they can't find it even after providing all the details of the 2 gift cards.
I swear to God the customer service crew doesn't have any brains. They're just there to give standard responses. Might as well save money by firing all these worthless staff and refund my money.
