I ordered one product JBL Tune 500BT Rs.3299/ and same they delivered on 8th June 2020 after 10 days I received my product through security guard as I was travelling due to covid my family was far from my place so I thought I have to see my family than headphone.After 10 days one's I received the product it was sealed and packed. when i opened that product it was completely damage. Same I called to AMAZON they said your return /refund window has been closed for that you need to speak with JBL manufacture.Then I called to JBL manufacture they said we'll not consider damage product for that you have to speak AMAZON.Again I called Amazon team they said they need denial letter from JBL team .Again I called JBL they provide one letter and same I have to amazon team and they said they'll take one week time to get back.After one week no calls from AMAZON and same I called and brief complete story of my product. Everytime I called them they hold me 30 min 45 min.Lastly we can't do it for that only JBL manufacture will do it.I said there was reason I couldn't connect the reason I'll explain you.but still not listen.
