I had ordered a mobile under exchange program. Delivery guy cancelled ordered because there is a small scratch on old one. I said I will pay the balance amount please deliver the mobile & he refused citing policy & cancelled the order. When customer is ready to pay the balance amount what is the problem? This adds reordering work to customer & waiting for another 2 days. Amazon also has to go through a whole cycle of delivery rework again. In what way this policy helps either customer or Amazon??? Offlate Amazon policies have become dumb & non customer friendly. I also lost the Amazon sale credit card offer which is not available now if I reorder it. The is no more attractive to buy. Wondering how Amazon is framing such a dumb policy which neither helps customer nor Amazon!!!!
