Am Amazon customer since past 5 odd years. Great shopping and service experience. BUT something has gone wrong with Amazon service over the past year or so. Cash upload not done, returns refund not done, non-responsive customer care, etc., etc. Bottom line ..... no longer confident shopping with Amazon.
