My name is Lakshya I order one item first time from Amazon my order number - WV001RCA0263 on 07october2020 I received message that my order has been delivered but I didn't receive. The amazon seller also didn't contact me his pin number 3134,I already pay by UPI but I call amazon they customer service said to me don't worry we will send your parcel thin in 3 day's but still 14october didn't get, My first experience is very very shameful worst.
