Step by step you are telling the transit details of the product ordered.But when it reaches the destination (per yr own statement) you just say sorry,it will take another one week.That means either you are lying from day one or there is some problem at the destination end.My order which was supposed to reach Chennai by 15/10/2020,is delayed by one more week.
