I bought an item at Amazon Italy from Spain, and returner some days later because the invoice did not include the correct details and they would not fix it. Once the shipping company confirmed that they received the return, I contacted Amazon Italy and they said that I had not sent it to the Return Center… when I used the shipping address indicated by Amazon Italy!!!! After more messages, they said that they had received the package but they had not processed the return, so I had to wait one month after the shipping date. Now, after more than one month, they say that they have not processed the return and that, therefore, they don’t refund me!! The thing is that I have the return delivery documents with the Amazon Return Centre stamp from them!!! And they say that they don’t refund me?? If they have lost the package after they receive it, it should be their problem, not mine!!! Or maybe an employee there took it… again their problem!! Now they have my item back and they owe me more than 2.000€, that they don’t want to refund!! I will have to sue them and make the sentence public to show how they treat their customers!
