Amazon (Italy customer service) is so unprofessional, they Lie to avoid a refund. “FAST TO GET YOUR MONEY”.
I have dealt with several staff there to no avail, the worst one ever customer service. The only option left is a reversible chargeback, Act 75. Ask your bank if you paid by credit card.
