About 2 weeks ago I bought a phone from Amazon because mine was broken. After 4-5 days, I received a completely different and cheaper phone. Then I started the return process. Now after 2 weeks still waiting for return then I will buy again and wait wait wait. I can't use the sim card which has internet now and for my computer's internet connection, I am paying money everyday. I want a solution from amazon, contacted by chat but it always says your money is safe with us, it will be refund, bla bla. Can't tell my situation because the person you think real is a bot. Always says the same words. I hate Amazon and won't buy again. They don't fix their faults and people losing money.
