made a order with amazon on 29/6 for 2 WD red hard plus 4tb drives for £146.99 per drive .the delivery date was on 13/7 . wanted to ordered 2 more but the limit 2 hard-drives. Completed customs clearance and the package arrived at an Amazon facility in Kent UK on 1 1/7 .So i ordered a 4bay ugreen nas The drives.was not delivery on the 13/7 went on amazons site Package delayed in transit and the next delivery date was 14/7 No package on 14/7 this went on to 17/7. So i rang customer service and was told my package had gone missing and amazon had no more of the drives in stock so a delivery date is currently unavailable Now the drives that i ordered have gone up £219 per drive on amazon site So now i am left with a nas that i can not use unless i pay £70 more per drive

I am absolutely disgusted by the behavior of Amazon and their insurance handler, ARC. An Amazon delivery driver damaged my 18-year-old daughter’s parked car. We have clear, undeniable video footage proving exactly what happened, yet ARC has dismissed the claim out of hand without even doing a basic investigation into the driver or the van involved. I have contacted Amazon numerous times by email trying to get this resolved, but they have now completely shut me down and stated they will reply to no more of my emails. Because of Amazon’s total lack of accountability and their refusal to look at the evidence, my 18-year-old daughter is now being forced to foot the bill herself. This repair is going to put her into debt for an accident she had absolutely no part in. It is disgraceful that a multi-billion dollar corporation can cause damage, ignore video proof, block communication, and leave a young driver facing financial ruin.

While traveling, I only order items that I have purchased before because returns are not something I want to deal with. I picked up a pair of Clark’s sandals in York a few days ago. I had ordered an exact replacement for a pair I had before that were becoming worn. Unfortunately, Amazon sent me not a “pair” of shoes but one shoe each of two different styles. Despite way too much time with customer service chat, they would only offer me £11 of the £70 I had paid for the shoes without my returning them. On my last day in the UK, I had to cancel an activity I had planned to go do. I paid £10 cab fees to get to a mailing service that would both print the return label, repackage the shoes, and ship them, £20. So, last day of my trip ruined, £30 expense for which Amazon will refund £5, meaning Amazon UK’s mistake cost me £25. THEIR MISTAKE! HOW IS THIS FAIR?!

So many hours wasted on multiple chats on multiple issues. Changed the price of a product whilst in my basket seconds before pressing checkout which they disputed even with evidence. Then they decided to go against an original delivery date and still disputed the this date when I provided evidence. They eventually decided to issue a partial refund BUT only once it was delivered. Then trying to claim this refund once delivered, they wanted to put it on a gift card and not the original payment method. Now they are accepting they can refund it back to a card but not the original transaction card but the one used for prime!

I CAN'T ARTICULATE HOW FRUSTRATED AND INFURIATED I AM WITH THIS COM7PANY. My delivery was slovenly laid in the front yard in an uncollaborated spot. It went missing. I have spent countless hours trying to get through to them to replace my goods amounting to no more than £25 and have run through endless scams, redundant phone numbers and brick walls. It's been a month and I still can't get through though I have also been lead many times to sales pages. It's disgusting and enough to dismay me from shopping online any more

I truly appreciate the support and commitment they showed throughout the process. Their quick action and consistent communication made a stressful situation much easier to handle. My withdrawal was completed far sooner than I anticipated, and the entire experience was managed smoothly and professionally, giving me complete peace of mind.

Don’t be fooled by the "Premium Delivery" option. It is a calculated, misleading omission designed to bully you into an Amazon Prime subscription. I attempted to purchase studio headphones and a piano bench. The site proudly displayed "Next Day" delivery for Prime members for the Headphones. I opted for the "Premium Delivery" at a steep £5.99 (nearly the cost of a full month's subscription). Amazon deliberately obscured the actual delivery date per-item for this "Premium" service until AFTER I had hit the "Buy Now" button and paid. Only then did they reveal that BOTH items wouldn't arrive for 48 hours, despite the headphones clearly being available for Monday delivery (with Prime). When I challenged this on online chat, I was met with a wall of corporate nonsense. An advisor named Jayashree flat-out lied, claiming my parcel would be "automatically upgraded," if possible but refused twice to guarantee it. A claim the Manager (Mohammed) later said was impossible. When I asked for a formal complaint reference or a transcript of these dishonest promises from the Manager, Mohammed? Refused. This is "sharp practice" at its finest. They hide the dates to pressure you into "just in case" Prime subs and hope you won't bother to cancel once you've invested the time. I’ve cancelled my entire order on principle and reported them to CAB Consumer Advice (Trading Standards). Amazon used to be about convenience; now they are about deceptive workflows and dishonest customer service. I'm voting with my feet and heading back to the High Street. And - It gets worse. After requesting an escalation above the Manager (Mohammed) due to his refusal to provide a complaint reference, Emailed transcript or actually do anything to resolve the issue, I received an "escalated" response. The person who replied to the escalation? Mohammed himself. Amazon is literally "marking its own homework." The response solely served to repeat what Mohammed had already said and was in no way a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. When you ask for a higher authority to review a manager's failure, they just route the email back to the same manager to dismiss it. This isn't a customer service department; it's an echo chamber designed to silence legitimate grievances. If you think "Management" will help you here, think again—they are too busy covering their own tracks.

My issue was taken seriously and resolved in a timely, professional manner. I was relieved to receive a full refund last week, and the team showed genuine support throughout.

I was honestly unsure about reaching out at first, but I’m glad I did. I had been dealing with a frustrating issue for a while and needed someone reliable to guide me. ERF responded quickly and handled everything in a very professional and straightforward way. They explained the process clearly and kept things simple, which made it easy for me to trust them. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I appreciate their support and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable help.

Amazon employees might be stealing the products they are supposed to deliver because lately, I place orders on Amazon, and even though the person who is supposed to deliver the package says it has been delivered, I can’t find the package anywhere.

Disgusting service from Amazon and also the executive office when I tried to escalate. Customer loyalty no longer counts for anything. I am closing my account

worst company ever, I have been having delivery issues for over 5 years. Amazon executive relations put in place many delivery instructions , not to deliver to my front door or use letterbox boxes I live on a footpath to massive housing estate and they just dump and run leaving my orders for anyone to steal. They also put it as deliver to back gate , had a pin drop location, what3word location and even marked it on Google maps and still they deliver to the front door. I tried a parcel box and instead of using it they just throw it on the floor My last delivery was left hanging out of my letterbox and was stolen , luckily I had CCTV footage , so I reported it as stolen and they said they wanted to investigate , they came back with handed to resident and wrong house number even though CCTV showed them delivering it and being stolen I have now left Amazon as they NEVER seem to care
