I ordered an Annadue Computer Graphics Card which was delivered on time; however, it was left propped-up against my porch door. Thankfully, I was in and the delivery driver rang my front doorbell. My delivery instructions read: My delivery instructions ask for the delivery driver to please leave the package in the front porch, close the porch door and pull the handle up following delivery. If I had been out, I expect that the package would not have been there when I returned.

I don't know where to begin tell you about Amazon UK and how utterly atrocious they are. I can only say that when things eventually go wrong and sometimes, they will but when this happens, Amazon aren't on your side even though they pretend to be. Before looking at themselves, they will pass the blame onto you. Somehow, I'm at fault for them sending incomplete items. Somehow, I'm at fault for them sending me broken items. Somehow, I'm at fault for them sending incorrect items. Sometimes, I'm at fault for their delivery drivers leaving parcels out in the open for anyone to take. Is Amazon a convenient way to order? absolutely but it does come at a cost so be weary of this.

Amazon delivery was sent to the wrong address. The picture of my parcel is in someone else's porch. The parcel was eventually left on my doorstep, but not in the safe place in the box or on top of the box in my porch. No left out for all to see as they pass along this busy road. I'm getting to the point where I honestly think picking up my parcels from a parcel hub will be much safer. Good job I noticed this on my ring doorbell. Amazon is going downhill. On prices, quality and delivery.

I am very sceptical about Amazon as. On one hand it is handy to get a lot of things delivered within a few days. Often quoting next day but. Over the last month I have been let down with deliveries multiple times. Customer services either make promises that fail to happen or cut you off after answering questions only to then get connected to another advisor This happened 6 times yesterday. Once again I was promised a suitable outcome. Only to then be let down again and no delivery came. I had to wait in all day yesterday and again I have waited in all day today and still no delivery at 16.30pm. Another 2 days waisted. Same happened last week when I sat here waiting only to get a message saying as I was out the delivery would be tried again tomorrow??? I was sitting where I have a perfect view at the front of my house and NO drivers stopped here. Also I don’t understand their delivery process as I have a prime account and ordered 3 items that have had delivered on 2 different days and am now waiting for the 3rd item that was dispatched at the same time as the other 2. I live on a road of 20 houses and yesterday there were 12 deliveries from Amazon to 12 different houses all sent out in 12 different vehicles???? The item that was meant to be delivered yesterday was needed yesterday as a present and as was told delivery would be yesterday it was embarrassing that it didn’t turn up. Well let’s see if it’s delivered today. If not I will have option but to cancel the order which is a shame for the supplier. SORT YOUR SELF OUT AMAZON

I recently ordered a smart ring from Amazon, which cost over £300. The ring was completely useless so I called Amazon to arrange to send it back for a refund. I promptly sent the item back the same day and I had confirmation from Royal Mail that they received it a couple of days later. However, on the app it said they had not received it so I called them and they confirmed that that they had received it and it just needed to be processed. It is now 10 days later and they are now saying that they haven’t received it, even though someone at Amazon signed for it, they don’t know where the item is as they can’t find it in the warehouse and are refusing to give me a refund. They have now asked me to wait two months for them to investigate an issue a refund which is not acceptable. So I have contacted my bank and they are dealing with it on my behalf. So I am now closing all of my Amazon accounts, including Amazon Music. I’m getting rid of my Amazon Alexa devices and boycotting Amazon until further notice.

I ordered Dr Clean. £10.99 when it arrived it was called JUE FISH made in China.I have returned this and should be refunded, I did a review asking WHY is it call JUE FISH. I was informed my review would not be published as it does not reach the correct standard. Obviously if you tell the truth your review is not acceptable, what a fraud !!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Delivery Service from Yazmin! I want to give a huge thank-you to Yazmin, my Amazon delivery driver today in the NW10 area of London. She truly went above and beyond! Earlier today, she came to deliver my item, but I wasn’t at home. I thought I’d have to wait until the next day to receive it — but to my surprise, Yazmin came back later in the evening and made sure I got my package. That level of dedication and care is so rare these days. Because of her, I’m genuinely happy to start ordering from Amazon again. I had stopped for a while because of previous delivery issues, but Yazmin completely changed my experience. She’s polite, professional, and clearly cares about her customers. I hope Amazon recognizes her amazing effort — drivers like Yazmin make all the difference!

I wanted to file a complaint, but unfortunately I was disconnected several times and apparently none of the consultants fulfilled my right to file a complaint about the lack of professional treatment of the customer. They illegally charged my card for an item I returned. The courier picked it up, and the return has been in transit for two months. They offer free returns and have the contract with the courier. However, for items lost in transit, they charge the customer who returned the item. They've been neglecting customer service for a month now, they don't meet deadlines, they don't respond to incident reports. They don't know anything, they don't help at all, they transfer from consultant to consultant and then disconnect the chat. The worst customer service. It's also difficult to reach anyone. They're useless and show zero professionalism. All they can do is repeat memorized phrases, be rude, and disconnect the chat. They behave like a children, even when a customer has been struggling with them for a month, and none of their 20 consultants can solve the problem

Awful service delivered by someone called suliman. Had appalling and bulling approach . I got Delivered extremely damaged box and products yet he claimed he couldn’t see the damage . I had to throw milk in the drain as cartons got soaked with the chemical that leaked in side the box. They packed toiletries with cupboard food. I have cancelled my membership and will refrain from such incompetent firms . I pray you taste your own medicine one day . Will not forget the stress they caused me today . Shame on you This website also useless. U tried uploading pics to show the damage but it won’t upload anything
