“What I dislike about Amazon is the fact that they believe they can never be wrong. If requesting support they turn you down but expect a 5 star rating. They edit out poor reviews. I guess that is down to the number of college leavers they use, no experience and cannot work out right from wrong.”

“Do not use this incompetent and moronic service, they managed to lose in transit 3 loads of 30 litres of cat litter.... In stones that is over 14 stone.... How do you lose something this big? Easy, you don't lose, your staff keeps it. Choke on it”

“I have always used amazon over anywhere else I receive parcels daily but as of lately I have had nothing but problems and no interest from them to fix it 5 of my last parcels I have ordered as they were prime and I needed them quick(I pay for prime) and all 5 have not came next day so I have cancelled my prime account and now boycot as when I addressed the issue I got a sorry won't happen again well it did so I am done using them as is my husband. I always thought they had the best customer service not anymore.”
