Buying goods is great Deliver of goods terrible Delivery drivers are terrible- bang your door then leave parcel on doorstep which is not acceptable always leave the gates open even after opening them to enter the property would buy more from amazon if delivery drivers were more professional

I buy much more tools and accessories most of them are all ready out of us. And some I don’t receive a few time after a few week they send me sorry we can’t deliver you this article …..

I have always used Amazon and have been a prime member for years. Lately they have been doing something that feels underhand. In purchasing an item, the delivery date is given as next day or 2 days bit then the second that 'buy now' is hit, the delivery date changes to over a week and I feel like I've been duped. This has happened 3 times and now I'm not ordering from them. I tried to complain by email but it bounced back as the complaint inbox is no longer manned. I totally accept longer delivery times when things are challenging as they are now, but why pretend it's going to be quick when it's not? It feels like false selling.

2 products ordered with delivery promised for next day but nothing arrived. The date was changed from when I ordered. This has happened before.

I had an order delivered a few hours ago, and it was very annoying to find out that package was open and contents of face creams might have been removed or tried by someone, thus hygiene danger. I contacted through chat, but could not help, because the package had not been delivered yet according to the system. The courier service ACRPI, is an abbreviation for the greek ELTA courier, that is the worst courier service in Greece, and they have made an exclusive deal, therefore will not order again. The ACRPI code name has been chosen to trick Greek clients who are familiar with this useless service.

When I place an order for next day delivery which they say will arrive before 1pm that is what I expect. I do not expect on the day of arrival to find out that it could be delivered up to 10pm!! Is that not false advertising!!

Not responsive when it came to changing incorrect address details. After contact still found parcel with wrong address on it. Also on closing my account, again they're slow in response, sending the same email time after time asking me to link and detail closure reason of which I complete and return but they continue to send on my chasing up their progress, anyone would think they're deliberately dragging their feet hoping I'll give up and stay... think again.

Clearly your search algorithms are meant to overlook a customer's first glance of their search where they would think that the first few items WOULD BE WHAT THEY SEARCHED FOR rather than tiny differences e.g. size, colour, dates, etc.?? Shop local. We are still feeding money in Bezo's bank account, whilst his donations to less fortunate are still a mystery?

I pay for prime and my replacement order was going to take a week! I would have been away at that time! Was impossible to get hold of anyone and when I did, they just cancelled my order and prime!!

I can’t speak to a person just a chat service and I’ve been a long time customer but recently my parcels haven’t been arriving when they do certain drivers throw the parcels on the floor from a distance and damage them. So ofcourse im very upset

Lack of information,with regard collection of purchase, I selected to pick up my parcel, from my local Post Office, upon my arrival at designated time, was told my Post mistress, that Amazon were told that parcels,could not he accepted, due to Corona virus, and lack of space in the PO. Amazon should have deleted the local pick up option,on their site, and saved me time and money In making a wasted journey.

Amazon is a very good idea that is very poorly thought out. Customer service is a joke and seems to have been designed in such a way that it is difficult to find and when you do manage to find it they have a limited choice of what you ‘the customer’ can complain about. I was and still am having problems with same and next day deliveries not arriving when they should. Trying to complain about late deliveries is nearly impossible, plus when viewing orders it does not state the originally quoted delivery time. This is very annoying because more often than not items that are same day or next day delivery cost more than their standard delivery counterparts. It’s about time Amazons delivery and customer service (or lack of) were investigated.

I canceled my prime membership. No point in paying for a service that they fail to deliver. consequently doing wrong deliveries and in no time by a decent company. Will avoid Amazon from now on.
