I was honestly unsure about reaching out at first, but I’m glad I did. I had been dealing with a frustrating issue for a while and needed someone reliable to guide me. Amazon employees might be stealing the products they are supposed to deliver because lately, I place orders on Amazon, and even though the person who is supposed to deliver the package says it has been delivered, I can’t find the package anywhere.

worst company ever, I have been having delivery issues for over 5 years. Amazon executive relations put in place many delivery instructions , not to deliver to my front door or use letterbox boxes I live on a footpath to massive housing estate and they just dump and run leaving my orders for anyone to steal. They also put it as deliver to back gate , had a pin drop location, what3word location and even marked it on Google maps and still they deliver to the front door. I tried a parcel box and instead of using it they just throw it on the floor My last delivery was left hanging out of my letterbox and was stolen , luckily I had CCTV footage , so I reported it as stolen and they said they wanted to investigate , they came back with handed to resident and wrong house number even though CCTV showed them delivering it and being stolen I have now left Amazon as they NEVER seem to care

I had a very disappointing experience with Amazon’s customer service. I spent an entire working day communicating with multiple agents regarding a delivery issue. I was repeatedly given incorrect and conflicting information about the delivery time, which caused significant disruption to my work schedule. Despite confirming the delivery time several times, the information provided by different agents was inconsistent and unreliable. This shows a clear lack of coordination and training within the support team. Although I eventually received compensation, the main issue remains unresolved, and the overall experience was frustrating and time-consuming. I expected a much higher level of service from Amazon. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my trust in their customer support.

I don't know where to begin tell you about Amazon UK and how utterly atrocious they are. I can only say that when things eventually go wrong and sometimes, they will but when this happens, Amazon aren't on your side even though they pretend to be. Before looking at themselves, they will pass the blame onto you. Somehow, I'm at fault for them sending incomplete items. Somehow, I'm at fault for them sending me broken items. Somehow, I'm at fault for them sending incorrect items. Sometimes, I'm at fault for their delivery drivers leaving parcels out in the open for anyone to take. Is Amazon a convenient way to order? absolutely but it does come at a cost so be weary of this.

Amazon delivery was sent to the wrong address. The picture of my parcel is in someone else's porch. The parcel was eventually left on my doorstep, but not in the safe place in the box or on top of the box in my porch. No left out for all to see as they pass along this busy road. I'm getting to the point where I honestly think picking up my parcels from a parcel hub will be much safer. Good job I noticed this on my ring doorbell. Amazon is going downhill. On prices, quality and delivery.
