I waited right by the lounge wall ALL DAY for Not one but 2 DELIVERIES that FAILED to arrive. I complained when the delivery didn't arrive, they told me it would be by the end of the day. NO. The only security numbers were what I was sent to give to the FIRST Delivery that didn't arrive. After the second delivery failed I called again. I wanted it redelivered, THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT. AMAZON SAID NO. WHY AM I DEPRIVED OF MY DELIVERY FOR THEIR ERRORS?????? Well they have just LOST A SALE, I will buy it somewhere else, I's NOT FAIR that I AM TREATED LIKE THIS. The MAN DELIVERED BUT REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME BECAUSE I ONLY HAD THE NUMBERS FOR THE DELIVERY THAT FAILED. I HAVE " DELIVERIES TO GO WITH WHAT I ORDERED, I'M HAVING THEM COLLECTED, YEP, they can collect but REFUSE to DELIVER. WHAT A NASTY COMPANY AMAZON IS.

Terrible experience. I bought something with a scheduled delivery date. Waited in for most of the day. Got a message to say that it wouldn't be delivered that day but the following Monday by 11am. When I looked at the tracking it stated that I as the customer had rescheduled the delivery which is a barefaced lie. I took the Monday off work and waited til 11.30am, no delivery. I called customer services to be told "it will definitely be delivered today by 8pm". I told the lady that I wanted to complain and was told "we only do internal complaints with no outcome for you as a customer, we just use the complaint to learn from". Waited in for the rest of the day and yes you guessed it, no delivery. Called again and was told they couldn't speak to the delivery people (who apparently were Amazon large and bulky team) so all she could do was email them and they will email me direct. What an absolute shambles this company has become. I think it is time to cancel my subscription.

i bought an outside light from the big home shop company i contacted them through amazon in november 2023 they have not refunded me when it was faulty and under the gaurantee i contacted amazon customer service a few times they said they would look into it not heard back its been months a waste of time and they are still allowing them to sell on amazon.

Scam!!! Avoid !!! I bought lights for home, first time the purchase didn't arrive as was out of stock despite I paid for it and got delivery notification, when I ordered similar product again it also never arrived. I contacted Amazon support who said that I can't get refund until I get report from police !!!! (Just imagine the level of inconvenience!!!) I contacted police and got their reply in a month, but Amazon support replied that it's too late, and they will never make a refund, though first they didn't tell me any deadlines. When I contact support they they just reply me as robots standard phases and close the chat / phone call. Not responsible, disrespectful, scam store!!!

There is a chair and a box on the wall to put the parcels in and I have a sign. I also have a note attached to the delivery instructions. Still this falls on deaf ears. Calling customer service is a waste of time, they say sorry, we take your complaint seriously but nothing improves.

Ordered a lap top in Early November with a delivery date of the 9, 10, 11th December, the date kept changing, I then got a date of the 10th Jan 2024, I cancelled the order but won't get the refund until 7 days later, they have had the money for 8 weeks.

I purchased a product using Amazon Prime on November 25th, hoping to take advantage of the promise of fast delivery that comes with the subscription. However, my experience has been anything but efficient and satisfactory. The product not only failed to arrive on the promised date, but after a wait of 18 days, on December 13th, I am faced with the frustrating news that my order might have been lost. The most disappointing part of all is the solution that Amazon offers. Despite being a Prime customer, all they propose is to send another product and wait at least another week. This means that, in the best-case scenario, I will receive my mobile phone a month after the original purchase date. Paying for Amazon Prime implies expecting a service of quality, efficiency, and quick solutions. In my case, they not only lost my product, but they have also made me lose valuable time. The trust I had in Amazon Prime has been seriously affected by this experience, and I am forced to reconsider whether it is worth continuing to pay for this service

If I could choose no stars I would have, Amazon have admitted they cannot guarantee next day delivery to Prime paying customers if orders placed with 3rd party seller nor do their carriers follow 'Safe' place instruction specified to Amazon. Funnily enough their website does not inform potential Prime customers of this mmmm wonder why.......My latest 2 orders were either delivered the day after the next day (big inconvenience) & the other delivered to a neighbour quite far from my house. PRIME CANCELLED

Worse person I’ve ever dealt with Stevenson in customer service - delivered two items over three days late on prime - I asked for refund being offered refund but still bring charged delivery- I’ve spend £1k over the past 10 years, never complained- can’t believe how stupid/thick customer service department are !!!!

tried returning an item, but the shop suggested was no longer providing that service had stopped for 3 months. It took three hours to get a refund. The complaint procedure is a sham...basically ignored that they are at fault as they have not updated their system to remove said shop

2 days I was waiting for my parcel. On the 3rd day I found out that my parcel is cancelled. Twice I was clicking the option of : safe place - shed. NOTHING!

Please don't buy any product I lost nearly Australian dollars in my return shipping cost. They send me wrong product..when I returned many customer care officers told I will get full refund but once they got the product they denied full refund they only returned fraction of cost of return. Another order waited for nearly a month after spending around 700 Australian dollars including express postage as per Amazon it's lost..full incompetent system.. customer loses money for Amazons fault

Amazon used to ship without premium or paying for next delivery charge in 2-3 days. Ordered a monitor and while it had next day delivery for an extra 4.99 I choose the free delivery. While it is your right and my choice of free delivery, this monitor took 6 days to arrive . I understand you make this move in order to entice more people to buy prime or to pay extra delivery charge but this delay feels deliberate. Not sure this is a good bussines idea with so many online shops in UK offering free next day delivery. I will never buy from Amazon unless absolutely necessary.

Amazon are not a trustworthy company to buy from. They hide poor reviews but highlight the fake five star ones. They do not remove VAT for VAT free zones. Prime is another utter rip off, as a prime customer orders still take at least seven days to arrive but they still claim 24 hr delivery!? Customer services is a joke, nobody understands English, you get bounced around 6/7 muppets and still no resolution to customers concerns. It’s now all about money and greed. I’ll never buy anything from them again.

I wrote a review that simply stated, QUOTE; "PRODUCT SUPPLIED , NOT AS ORDERD. orderd this Navara 60mm paint Mixing paddle for small tins, however what arived was a Toolzone 85mm paint mixing paddle". IMAJiNE TO MY SURPRISE MY REVIEW WAS REFUSED, Amazon said it does not comply with their "COMMUNITY GUIDELINES", They cannot post my review because i concentrated too mutch on the SELLER? They then sent me an email saying that if I talk about the SELLER, Delivery, Packaging, Pricing, Availability in my Reviews. Comments about sellers can not be posted on Reviews and must Only be sent to Amazon Customer Services as a complaint. I was then sent around all the staff in customer services, going round 8n a Circle with this issue going nowhere! What a bunch of WOKE, CANCEL CULTURE, AROGENT ???????. THEn they concluded by saying thease "ASPECTS VARY BY ORDER AND NOT RELEVANT TO ALL CUSTOMERS" ? So, what the FLUX does that mean? They make it up as they go Day by day and implement it as they feel ???

Hi, for few times sellers from Amazon get doggy and lie about products they sell. When returning the products back you spend time even all day for that and the seller don't pay any consequences..apart from that if you leave 1star review for seller Amazon don't publish it, is happening few times already..I'm not recommend Amazon..!

SHARP PRACTICE!! Offered a TV wall mounting service with the new TV I ordered. TV was delivered but the delivery men gave a passable impersonation of Homer Simpson when asked to fit the wall bracket (which Amazon had asked me to supply). Amazon secured the order for a very expensive TV by offering a (chargeable) fitment service - which they DO NOT PROVIDE...be careful...it's the old buyer beware!!

I ordered an item months in advance of its release. After it was released, my order tracking listed it as arriving by a certain date. The night before that date, the order was cancelled for no reason. They would give me no explanation for the cancellation. I will never use Amazon again for as long as I live.
