I recently ordered a smart ring from Amazon, which cost over £300. The ring was completely useless so I called Amazon to arrange to send it back for a refund. I promptly sent the item back the same day and I had confirmation from Royal Mail that they received it a couple of days later. However, on the app it said they had not received it so I called them and they confirmed that that they had received it and it just needed to be processed. It is now 10 days later and they are now saying that they haven’t received it, even though someone at Amazon signed for it, they don’t know where the item is as they can’t find it in the warehouse and are refusing to give me a refund. They have now asked me to wait two months for them to investigate an issue a refund which is not acceptable. So I have contacted my bank and they are dealing with it on my behalf. So I am now closing all of my Amazon accounts, including Amazon Music. I’m getting rid of my Amazon Alexa devices and boycotting Amazon until further notice.

I ordered Dr Clean. £10.99 when it arrived it was called JUE FISH made in China.I have returned this and should be refunded, I did a review asking WHY is it call JUE FISH. I was informed my review would not be published as it does not reach the correct standard. Obviously if you tell the truth your review is not acceptable, what a fraud !!!!!

I wanted to file a complaint, but unfortunately I was disconnected several times and apparently none of the consultants fulfilled my right to file a complaint about the lack of professional treatment of the customer. They illegally charged my card for an item I returned. The courier picked it up, and the return has been in transit for two months. They offer free returns and have the contract with the courier. However, for items lost in transit, they charge the customer who returned the item. They've been neglecting customer service for a month now, they don't meet deadlines, they don't respond to incident reports. They don't know anything, they don't help at all, they transfer from consultant to consultant and then disconnect the chat. The worst customer service. It's also difficult to reach anyone. They're useless and show zero professionalism. All they can do is repeat memorized phrases, be rude, and disconnect the chat. They behave like a children, even when a customer has been struggling with them for a month, and none of their 20 consultants can solve the problem

Awful service delivered by someone called suliman. Had appalling and bulling approach . I got Delivered extremely damaged box and products yet he claimed he couldn’t see the damage . I had to throw milk in the drain as cartons got soaked with the chemical that leaked in side the box. They packed toiletries with cupboard food. I have cancelled my membership and will refrain from such incompetent firms . I pray you taste your own medicine one day . Will not forget the stress they caused me today . Shame on you This website also useless. U tried uploading pics to show the damage but it won’t upload anything

What I dislike about Amazon is the fact that they believe they can never be wrong. If requesting support they turn you down but expect a 5 star rating. They edit out poor reviews. I guess that is down to the number of college leavers they use, no experience and cannot work out right from wrong.

Do not use this incompetent and moronic service, they managed to lose in transit 3 loads of 30 litres of cat litter.... In stones that is over 14 stone.... How do you lose something this big? Easy, you don't lose, your staff keeps it. Choke on it

I have always used amazon over anywhere else I receive parcels daily but as of lately I have had nothing but problems and no interest from them to fix it 5 of my last parcels I have ordered as they were prime and I needed them quick(I pay for prime) and all 5 have not came next day so I have cancelled my prime account and now boycot as when I addressed the issue I got a sorry won't happen again well it did so I am done using them as is my husband. I always thought they had the best customer service not anymore.

Had an interesting experience yesterday. Amazon made a delivery and simply dumped the package on the doorstep and walked away. Did not ring the bell, knock the door or leave the package in the designated safe place. This has happened before, so I complained, The reply I got was “Drivers who deliver on Amazon's behalf typically do not knock on the door or ring the bell unless a signature or one-time password is required.” I checked on Google and this is correct. Amazon do not have a policy that requires couriers to make contact with customers. It is up to the driver to decide if they want to ring the doorbell or knock the door , all depends on how they feel or what mood they are in. The only exception is if a signature is required. So much for the aim of being the World’s most customer centric company. Makes no difference to them if your package is stolen or weather damaged. Just that the driver didn’t feel like knocking your door that day.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Amazon's customer service regarding a return. I had to return an action camera that contained two lithium batteries, which prevented me from using a prepaid label. As a result, I had to send the items through Parcel Force, costing £10,75. Despite providing the invoice and proof of postage, customer service agents doubted my claims and abruptly ended chats on multiple occasions. I was even accused of being dishonest, which was incredibly frustrating as I had been forthcoming with all the information. I have always been a loyal Amazon customer, appreciating the convenience and reliability of their services. However, this experience has been quite disheartening. I kindly request that Amazon review my case and consider refunding the postage cost.

I am disabled so I rarely leave my house. Amazon delivery just as rarely actually knock on my door with my parcels, rather they dump the packages in my small front garden right next to a busy walkway. The parcels get pinched regularly. Sometimes I get a refund from Amazon, sometimes not. I have asked them repeatedly to knock on my door (I always answer very quickly as I sit near to the door), but, no they just won't do it. I have no choice but to use Amazon because I can't get to the shops, but their poor delivery service leaves me out of pocket.
