You mess so many things up, try and take money we don’t owe you etc… Your customer service used to be very good but now it’s abysmal! We have to spend so much time sorting out your errors and obviously don’t care !

Company is a joke!!! Ordered Ray-ban sunglasses, it arrived and not the same as the ones I ordered... Amazon then asked to return it to an address in Slovakia, I had to pay for it and they would have refunded me, now they refuse to pay me back. The sunglasses arrived in Slovakia and now on their way back to the UK as they failed custom clearance. So now I am sitting with sunglasses that is not the correct ones. Now amazon is requesting a photo id from me to investigate and for me to get a refund!!! Been a customer for god knows how many years, now this! No way I am sending any photo id to them! Bloody jokers! Won't use amazon ever again!

7yrs old son buy mum a cardigan for Xmas it was due on the Monday but arrive Sunday mum answered door was given a clear plastic package with cardigan clearly showing son saw that mum has seen Xmas present and was crying his heart out . all i can say is thank you for ruining a little boys gift to his mum, by the way you only got 1 star because it would not let me leave it blank.

Dishonest delivery drivers December 5th, 2024 Ordered a very important item via Amazon, and was very impressed it was going to be delivered the next working day, however there was a possibility I might not be at home with the times stated. So on the app as instructed, I gave instructions to the driver as where to leave this item, should I not be home in time. So the next day, unfortunately I was delayed, and I received a message from Amazon, saying the package had been delivered & handed to the resident at my address, I was so confused as I was not home. So a few hours later and arrived home, there was no card telling me where my package was, I checked the location I left on the app for the driver, nothing. I was then met by my neighbor, who stated the Amazon driver just put the package in a bush and left, a few lads saw this and attempted to take the package, he stepped in a retrieved my item. It was at this point he handed me my package, why lie and be dishonest, not impressed at all.

Sadly, couriers with Amazon seem unable to read either the address label or the extra info on how to find an address. The delivery hub claim to attempt to contact the client after prompting by customer services... ...sadly, they have difficulty distinguishing between truth and falsehood. Pretty deplorable service all round, especially when the property occupies 150 metres of the main road and is clearly marked with an 8ft x 6ft red sign!

Having ordered an electrical item that was stated as delivered it was not delivered by a lying courier driver who put the item back in his van and driving away. I could not resolve this on the same day and have to wait. Amazon, of course, have taken the payment from my bank account.

I have always been happy with Amazon (aside from the fact returns could be a smoother process in Ireland) until today. I had two accounts, UK and US, but they were not linked as prime membership, order history, etc. didn’t show on US account and emails received are from different email addresses with different registered companies shown. As I could not connect prime to my US account I decided to cancel it. However, this also cancelled my UK account despite them being separate and correspondence received in relation to cancelling the US account not mentioning cancelling my UK account. I now can’t access my ring doorbell, prime tv or amazon for UK and have lost money as I have paid in advance for subscriptions. I called within 15 minutes of account access being removed and was on the phone for 1 hour and 7 minutes having consistently being put on hold and was told there is nothing that can be done. At no point was I offered a call back when the issue had been looked into and the agent insisted I stay on the call while she typed up notes even though my call was not going to be further transferred and I explained that I was abroad so the call would be expensive. I assume that was so another call didn’t drop in but poor customer service. It was mentioned on the call that the agent could see my account yet it can’t be reinstated - I just don’t understand. I’m really unhappy with the lack of clarity in relation to closure of the account and can’t see how it is compliant under GDPR. There is no way my data was permanently deleted so quickly and I don’t know why it can’t be reinstated considering I didn’t consent to erasure of my UK account and requested it be reinstated.

Rubbish service,I have contacted them 3 times in one day for the same parcel and every time they said it will definitely be delivered today, I was checking and the parcel didn't move from depot. Don't buy from them they are expensive and don't do the delivery either, they are taking your money, using it and giving refund after 7 days but you are paying straight away. Buy from eBay is cheaper, the same products. On third time I've contacted them after 1 minute of writing 2 words the guy just abandoned me and I was waiting like a stupid for someone to answer but nop they just left the chat like that for me to get mad and shut it down what I have done after 15 min of waiting with no answer anymore. The same issue with parcel not delivered in 2 weeks consecutive, I will definitely stop buying from them .

Non-existent customer service and don't want any criticism because they aren't interested. Ordered a ring doorbell advertised as next day delivery. Got a message saying we will advise you when item dispatches. I rang about it and was given the run around as if them lying is completely acceptable. ELEVEN DAYS LATER with the item still not dispatched despite all that time STILL advertising next day delivery I cancelled and got one from a different website EVEN THOUGH AMAZON OWN RING

I ordered a product then changed my mind and cancelled. I spoke to someone at Amazon and cancelled the order. The courier still tried to deliver to my elderly neighbours who I had specifically instructed NOT to accept the product, he LIED to them and bullied them into accepting the product. Despite cancelling Amazon stole my money and it took weeks to get my money back! Took weeks to get the item picked up too! They claim to be a world leader in customer service it’s a LIE! It’s almost impossible to speak to a human and if you get answers by e mail they are all copy and paste nonsense from the Indian sub continent.

Scamazon uses deceptive, unlawful and unethical practices. As I was busy finalising my order, the delivery date was showing as 3 days away. Once I paid, the delivery date miraculously changed to 2.5 weeks away. I took screenshots throughout so can prove it. So slimy and dishonest. I would not have ordered had I known I'd have to wait 2 weeks. I don't like liars. Thank goodness I screenshot every step of the transaction as I just don't trust them. Nasty buffoons! I'm going to report this to Advertising Standards and may also sue scamazon in the small claims court....I've never lost a claim.

Horrible experience . Thinking of using Amazon to buy a refurbished phone? Think again...was sold a phone that became faulty less than 3 months after... Amazon is refusing to help despite the 1 year warranty and so is the seller so now I am stuck with a faulty phone after paying over 400 pounds for it.

Non-existent customer service. I should receive a refund for my printer today, but now they're telling me to wait until October 7th. They received my printer on September 6th. Additionally, the customer service assistant closed the chat session. Sorry, guys. I've spent a small fortune with you, but it's time to close my account.

Amazon wouldn't post my review so I'll do it here! Don't buy these toddler boots! Top pic what I've got and bottom one what I've ordered! You'll waste your time and money! Because they have made a mistake and they don't care! They won't fix it! They won't apologise! It's your own problem! You'll have to do all for them! Run around, find the place where you could send these back, they will take forever to give you money back too! What a waste!!!!! Very disappointed and disgusted! Been loyal customer for years, but after this experience gonna have else where to shop!

I've just been shafted by AMAZON. I purchased a bedding set, but when it arrived it was completely different to the description. I had to return it at my own expense and now Amazon refuse to reimburse me the £27 postage. So buyer beware when buying from Amazon because they are a bunch of crooks.

Taking far too long to refund money considering it is done electronically in an instance, or should be. Deliveries are always excellent though.
