I ordered a laptop from Amazon UK, received a message thar it had been lost in transit.
Have been on to customer service, who wanted to investigate, I replied with order details and invoice, each enquiry made has been a total waste of my time and it looks like I've lost my money too, customer service are quick to disconnect mid call, have sent me around in circles with so called investigation, still not received the package nor a refund.
Absolutely fuming. Customer service is a joke.
