I have always used amazon over anywhere else I receive parcels daily but as of lately I have had nothing but problems and no interest from them to fix it 5 of my last parcels I have ordered as they were prime and I needed them quick(I pay for prime) and all 5 have not came next day so I have cancelled my prime account and now boycot as when I addressed the issue I got a sorry won't happen again well it did so I am done using them as is my husband.
I always thought they had the best customer service not anymore.
