I ordered and paid for a Brooks women's flyer S saddle advertised on Amazon UK in April 2022. It was advertised at the price of £86.0 and being sold by Amazon EU. Up till now after numerous chatbot conversation with Amazon UK, I have not received delivery of this item! Can you believe it! The last conversation I recently had with a real person who works for Amazon UK, they told me that the sale had been cancelled and my money refunded in October 2022. This information was not showing up on the Amazon app. On the Amazon app all it said was 'we'll email you with a date when the item is available '. I am disgusted with the way Amazon UK has dealt with and treated me 😡. They cannot be trusted with people's accounts. They cannot be trusted full stop! Now, the only thing I get is the Audible audio books. I cancelled my Prime subscription and don't buy anything online from Amazon. I uninstalled their app from my phone after logging out of it

What a disgusting customer experience and nobody at Amazon Customer Service seems to care. I have pre-ordered and paid in advance for an item as a birthday gift. There was no stock and they would update me as soon as it was ready to dispatch. A few days later I checked and there was 10 available but the price triplicated. I contacted customer service who apologised for the inconvenience caused, escalated to the dispatching department, offered me a £5 voucher and assured me it was going to be dispatched in 3-5 days. I believed them and promised my nephew he was going to have his gift soon. The days passed and I contacted them again who again apologised and asked me for another 48h. Time passed and today when I contacted them the conversation was completely different. They said there was still no stock (even though I checked days ago and the stock was available), asked me to wait until become available again and said I could cancel if I didn't want to wait. Apologised for the previous conversations being incorrect and that's it. Really? How frustrating! I was misled and lied to by two previous advisors who rest assured me it was their mistake and it was going to be resolved asap? And now no expected delivery dates, no resolution for the problem they caused and I am left with nothing. My money with them. And having to tell my nephew he is not going to have his present anymore. Disgusting the whole thing.

No doubt you've already heard the stories of the appalling way Amazon treats its staff and prevents unionisation, its patent on the obvious 1-click purchasing feature, killing off local bookshops, remotely deleting paid content from users' Kindle devices, its terrible track record on pollution, anti-competitive operations, treating LGBTIQA+ books as "adult content", and squeezing sellers. Well now you can add "deleting reviews that are unfavourable to racist and misogynistic pseudoscientific authors" to the list. I'd been a customer for about 18 years, used most of their services at different times, and had written many reviews, almost all of which had many "helpful" votes attached to them. And it was me who convinced my family to get Amazon accounts. I dread to think how much money I've put into Bezos's back pocket during the last 18 years or so. I then left a review on the worst book I've ever read in my life pointing out some of the myriad problems with the it. A few months later it was deleted with only a perfunctory notification email with a broken link to their guidelines. No mention of which review or why, I had to sit through a 35 minute chat with three different "customer service" representatives to try and find out why, and all they said was they would email me. I then had to have an email exchange with someone else to finally get to the bottom of the issue. Long story short: Amazon don't allow customers to leave "spiteful" reviews. And, apparently, calling a racist and misogynistic pseudoscience book exactly what it is will be considered by Amazon's employees as being "spiteful" towards the author. Their various one-line responses were all signed with "Your feedback is helping us build Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company." I think maybe someone needs to explain the definition of the words "spiteful" and "customer-centric" to Amazon. Based on these interactions it's clear that only positive reviews are allowed on Amazon. I've now deleted my Amazon account and will be taking my Kindle to the local CEX shop to exchange it for a Kobo tomorrow. I'd like to congratulate Amazon on having the absolute worst policies of any company I've ever had to deal with (vehemently defending dead, racist authors) and the absolute worst customer service ever to boot (pushing long-time customers directly to their competition). Well done Amazon, well done.

Sent a return back as I didn't like the item. Used the drop off at post office no packaging/label needed option. Took to the post office where they scanned the provided QR code on my phone and put my return in an amazon bag and applied the return label. Told that was it and it'll be updated on my phone in a couple of hours. After one week contacted Amazon as still haven't received my refund or been updated on my phone, was told and sent email that they have my return at there distribution centre but it can take up to 14 days to process the refund.......fair enough. 14 days passes still no refund! This time I contact amazon and say they don't have my parcel and I should contact the police and disconnect the chat. Very blunt and rude so contacted them back and got someone else who said the same, but now allow 30 days for them to conduct an investigation into the matter. 30 days passes and still nothing, contacted them again to be told we carnt help you any further and disconnect the chats. Annoyed by this I phone this time to be told the same, get a receipt from the post office so they can investigate. Been in contact with the post office that say they processed the return according to amazon instructions and they don't keep records/receipts as its all digital/scanned now to amazon instructions and sent off. They are more than happy to confirm this with amazon but they don't want to know and dismiss it every time. I've been lied and fobbed off to for over 30 days by amazon and made to feel like a theif. They have done no investigation into the matter and now washed their hands off it cause its passed 30 days. They keep asking for a receipt but there is NO receipt! its all digital QR codes the way there system works. It was scanned at the post office cause I saw him do it. But Amazon say they have no record which is a lie because i have proof from the amazon assistant they have it in an email. Amazon have clearly lost it, not scanned it and blaming me for it. Amazon clearly don't value or respect there customers no more, as can been seen from all the other bad reviews, and no disentsy to respond to them. The computer says no - Amazon motto I advise everyone to do the same as me and send your complaints to BBC WATCHDOG and citizens advice bureau for them to look into. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON!

Yesterday received email from Amazon, stating my Amazon purchased item had been delivered.when I opened my Flat door there was nothing there + nothing in the grounds, finally found this item on the pavement near the Road appx 80 yards from my flat. Anyone could have stolen it in the meantime. It's simply not good delivery service.

Disgraceful lack of service Amazon failed to deliver 2 orders but falsely alleged delivery. When I called for a refund, they claimed they were unable to verify me and could not assist. I have therefore raised a dispute with my bank to get the money refunded. Amazon’s online automated system is just as bad as the humans they employ – it is impossible to claim a refund because the system keeps claiming it was delivered. The photo of the delivery address is not even my property! Now I understand why Amazon has such a low rating on Trustpilot. The orders Amazon failed to deliver were 20247910536610724 and 20227824599525108 Meanwhile I am directing my business to Amazon’s competitors, I doubt I will order with them again as it’s not worth the hassle of being scammed

add a delivery from Amazon today and and the driver driver did not even get out of his van He parked outside sat in the driving seat spoke on the phone and was there for five minutes before I went and opened my front door to see if he was OKAY but he then looked at me turned the van around and drove off without even looking for the product which were supposed to be in his van according to the Amazon app He then later returned 5 minutes later but this time he gave me 2 cables for the item that add Ons for my main item that I had just bought for my son's Christmas present the item was a new PC at the cost of around over 500 pounds and the second time the guy came asked him where the PC was and he says he had not got it on board his van but I will go back and get it for you and will be with you by 9 o'clock there the rarest with your PC I didn't give him the code that was given to me to give on delivery and a drove off i'm looking at Amazon's website the driver had deliberately put on delivery attempt no but they answered the door and was there at 2:50 the thing is our nerve could eat river to cable to me at 2:55 and not give me the computer at the same time this is when he told me he did not have it on board but he did not apologise just as I will return with it before 9 which of course he never did so I was made to look like the one at fault when in fact I was talking to him outside and were not the one at fault i'd also open the front door the first time and were waiting for him to come out of his van and never and never did

First, all stuff that I am buying last time not working and the delivery man is thieves. Second very long time and procedures to get money back. In total the biggest scam is a dishonest dealer. Avoid them how it is possible.

Amazon has ignored my complaints for nearly 15 years. They keep saying they will do something about it, but it never happens. I have got to the stage now where l do not want to ring them up anymore. I feel totally ignored, abandoned and insulted. SHAME ON YOU!!!! 👎☹️👎

I had a problem with my otp code for an headphones delivery as my Amazon account wasn't connected to my email. I couldn't find it via the app so the poor delivery man couldn't leave it with us. He kindly told us he would come again in an hour and for us to contact the customer service. I cannot express how that call made me feel, I handled it so my boyfriend could take care of it, as he is better than me in resolving these situations. Since the start the man was extremely rude to him and then as I was speaking to this man on the phone ( my boyfriend apparently wasn't allowed) I was explaining that the email now connected to my Amazon it was not the previous one that I had access to, so if he could please resend the otp code. He was pushing for me to see in the spam and that he had sent to me this morning at 10:40 am and that it appeared read, which was not true as the only email I had from Amazon was at 12:40 thanking for the verification of the email. When I asked him again to resend it he buffed and almost screamed that he had re-sent it to me. I received it, thanked for the help and he had the audacity to even ask if there was anything else he could help me with. Really really poor customer service, my advise is if you cannot deal and are not happy with a job like this do a favor and look for something else, don't make others life harder when they are in need of help/confused.

Lies, lies and more lies. I do live in a business with a reception so why say an item was handed to reception. Fed up having orders broken, parts missing or not even delivered at all as In Today's email stating the item was handed to reception???? The item would easily have fitted through my letterbox, it has not been delivered so I've now cancelled the rest of the items that were all for my dogs medicine cabinet. I shall go to pets at home at the weekend and buy it all from a reputable company who care about honesty and their reputation, not just about grabbing your money. Amazon used to be so good and so reliable. Now it's a sham! I've lost so much money with amazon not doing anything to find missing items. Customer service is non existent, they're just downright rude! You get no help, no refund, no retribution just an automated apology which is an Insult.... I cancelled my dogs order and shall once again block them as the 2nd chance I gave them just proved how useless the company are!!!!

I am 64 years old I now cannot purchase any age restricted items due health reasons I no longer have a photo driving licence I have never had a passport and when I go to a retail outlet I have yet to be challenged to provide photo id would welcome the compliment but amazon even though I am 64 and do not look 25 or younger I officially have to have photo id yet some of amazon delivery drivers look younger than 25 years of age is this not ridiculous where is the common sense

I have been an Amazon prime customer… I have been an Amazon prime customer for years now, for two months now I have been trying to return a faulty boat bought from Amazon. Never have I experienced such a poor level of customer service, Amazon have washed their hands of this faulty boat as they didn’t supply it!? I have provided evidence of the boat being faulty and they have offered me absolutely nothing in terms of help to resolve it or help with a refund, not even a pre paid postage label to send it back, so I had to pay for that too. I was told several times to contact Amazon after 14 days of sending the boat back as they can’t help me until that time, we’ll today I contacted them after patiently waiting, to be told there’s nothing they can do as they didn’t supply it, well, in my eyes they did, I bought it from Amazon and there for expect a level of customer service from Amazon, instead they dismissed me and pointed me in the direction of the supplier who, upon receiving my pictures have called me a liar. I’m now without a boat, paid for postage to receive it, postage to send it back, several days wasted chasing this up and out of pocket for the boat too. The supplier “stack m high” have told me I have to pay to recover the boat from their factory now too if I want it back. Absolutely shocking customer service, I’m cancelling my prime membership immediately.
