Non-existent customer service and don't want any criticism because they aren't interested.
Ordered a ring doorbell advertised as next day delivery. Got a message saying we will advise you when item dispatches. I rang about it and was given the run around as if them lying is completely acceptable. ELEVEN DAYS LATER with the item still not dispatched despite all that time STILL advertising next day delivery I cancelled and got one from a different website EVEN THOUGH AMAZON OWN RING
