I ordered a product then changed my mind and cancelled. I spoke to someone at Amazon and cancelled the order. The courier still tried to deliver to my elderly neighbours who I had specifically instructed NOT to accept the product, he LIED to them and bullied them into accepting the product. Despite cancelling Amazon stole my money and it took weeks to get my money back! Took weeks to get the item picked up too! They claim to be a world leader in customer service it’s a LIE! It’s almost impossible to speak to a human and if you get answers by e mail they are all copy and paste nonsense from the Indian sub continent.

Scamazon uses deceptive, unlawful and unethical practices. As I was busy finalising my order, the delivery date was showing as 3 days away. Once I paid, the delivery date miraculously changed to 2.5 weeks away. I took screenshots throughout so can prove it. So slimy and dishonest. I would not have ordered had I known I'd have to wait 2 weeks. I don't like liars. Thank goodness I screenshot every step of the transaction as I just don't trust them. Nasty buffoons! I'm going to report this to Advertising Standards and may also sue scamazon in the small claims court....I've never lost a claim.

Horrible experience . Thinking of using Amazon to buy a refurbished phone? Think again...was sold a phone that became faulty less than 3 months after... Amazon is refusing to help despite the 1 year warranty and so is the seller so now I am stuck with a faulty phone after paying over 400 pounds for it.

Non-existent customer service. I should receive a refund for my printer today, but now they're telling me to wait until October 7th. They received my printer on September 6th. Additionally, the customer service assistant closed the chat session. Sorry, guys. I've spent a small fortune with you, but it's time to close my account.

Amazon wouldn't post my review so I'll do it here! Don't buy these toddler boots! Top pic what I've got and bottom one what I've ordered! You'll waste your time and money! Because they have made a mistake and they don't care! They won't fix it! They won't apologise! It's your own problem! You'll have to do all for them! Run around, find the place where you could send these back, they will take forever to give you money back too! What a waste!!!!! Very disappointed and disgusted! Been loyal customer for years, but after this experience gonna have else where to shop!

I've just been shafted by AMAZON. I purchased a bedding set, but when it arrived it was completely different to the description. I had to return it at my own expense and now Amazon refuse to reimburse me the £27 postage. So buyer beware when buying from Amazon because they are a bunch of crooks.

Taking far too long to refund money considering it is done electronically in an instance, or should be. Deliveries are always excellent though.

Ordered 2 SSDs and the boxes arrived empty. Notified customer service and they told me that they will "investigate it" and get back to me in 48h. The purpose of using amazon is the fast delivery of items. I needed them today, not in one week. There was a time when if this happened, they would have dispatched a replacement same day. What will they even investigate anyway? Somebody handling packaging the items stole it, it's not like they'll be able to track who it is with the volume of order they have... Honestly a big let down. I'm for sure never ordering expensive stuff from them every again.

Prime member...The parcel was thrown in the communal area near the rubbish shute despite i have been at home the entire day, because "i have not left instructions to ring my doorbell". I'm curious to know the IQ of these employees. I guess the delivery drivers are too posh to take the lift.

Amazon has had nearly £500 of my money since 13 January 2024. Despite prolonged email correspondence with their customer service department together with a phone call and a letter through the post I have still received neither the goods I ordered nor my money back. They have not replied to my most recent email (which was requested by them) and they now seem to be ignoring me. I can only conclude that they are a bunch of fraudsters and thieves at Amazon who take your money and have no intention of supplying the goods they have promised.

Last Friday I ordered a book and I got a message that my account was locked. I haven't got the email with the instructions what to do in this case. I can't reach out the customer service because I can't sign in. I wrote them on their facebook page and to all the email address what I could find. I created a new account. They feel really sorry but they don't do anything just sending me the same login page. They took my money, I won't get my purchase and I can't talk to them because they are not available.

Amazon is a big liar... shoes sent in wrong size, no refund just taking money from you! I ordered shoes in the right size, Amazon seem to correct this and at end they charge you multiple times and not refund you for their own mistakes!! DON'T ORDER THIS AT AMAZON!!!! They are not able to correct their mistakes....

My Order is keep being rescheduled every week. I haven't received my order until now. I ordered the item on Amazon on 24 May 2024 & Delivery Estimate was Wednesday, 29 May 2024. On 29 May 2024 evening suddenly it showed that Amazon will deliver the package on the date you requested, expected by 2 June 2024 by 1AM. This was very strange! I Contacted customer service via chat. The first customer service told me that i should receive the order the next day after having chat with them. I was waiting until 2 June midnight & it didn't come. Moreover, there was no change / update in the tracking system of the item. Seems there's no attempt to redeliver it. Contacted customer service again at 3 June 00:30 AM. The customer service, Jadhav, was just ignoring me during the chat, he left without replying me after I complaining & confirming which item i need help with!!!

They blame the customer when things go wrong , we are at their mercy which they have NONE of , they do not care that an elderly person cannot carry a huge heavy box with a large heater in to the post office as they do not drive and have no help Amazon's solution? Pay £58 to return the faulty item yourself via courier collection which may NOT get through customs and then be £261 out of pocket altogether!!! NEVER again in my life will I use Amazon , as even though I am £203 DOWN out of my GOVERNMENT BENEFITS to order my disabled Grandson a TREAT which would have THRILLED him and brightened up each and every day of his life for him IF IT WORKED , at least I have the power to LEAVE them and walk away forever now I know what they are LIKE ie heartless and do NOT CARE about the disabled , elderly or those who they ROB of their benefits or last money they have in order to TRY and brighten up a CHILD with profound disabilities LIFE DId they care? NO , are they happy to ROB me of my benefits? Oh YES and how do they make their profits? Read all of the negative reviews of the hundreds of pounds they have stolen of many a BLINDLY TRUSTING customer thinking the customer would have RIGHTS and also be CARED about but NO , not with Amazon AT ALL so I am going elsewhere forever which is easily done , as was cancelling my Amazon Prime and Amazon Music and Amazon ACCOUNT as they are not extortioning another PENNY out of me and my vulnerable CHILD Notice you WILL get a refund for a £3.99 item but NOT a £399 one!! :-( They will kick up a fuss and a STINK about that and of course take the faulty item etc SELLERS side and NOT the disabled customers side stuck with a faulty item with NO compassion showed at ALL by Amazon , whatsoever It will take me 5 years to claw back the money I lost in what I SAVE from Prime and Music BUT it is worth it to get these greedy ruthless UNCARING people OUT of our LIFE Thanks for fleecing us , it certainly taught me a GOOD LESSON on who to trust and who to AVOID literally like the PLAGUE , so thanks for the lesson in unscrupulousness and greed and how to AVOID it by walking AWAY , for good :-) :-)

Always change times for delivery after purchase why not just tell me it Will be delivered by 10pm in the first place goes from 10am to 1pm to 4pm to 10pm im better off walking to the market and just pay the extra im done with amazon o well

I waited right by the lounge wall ALL DAY for Not one but 2 DELIVERIES that FAILED to arrive. I complained when the delivery didn't arrive, they told me it would be by the end of the day. NO. The only security numbers were what I was sent to give to the FIRST Delivery that didn't arrive. After the second delivery failed I called again. I wanted it redelivered, THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT. AMAZON SAID NO. WHY AM I DEPRIVED OF MY DELIVERY FOR THEIR ERRORS?????? Well they have just LOST A SALE, I will buy it somewhere else, I's NOT FAIR that I AM TREATED LIKE THIS. The MAN DELIVERED BUT REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME BECAUSE I ONLY HAD THE NUMBERS FOR THE DELIVERY THAT FAILED. I HAVE " DELIVERIES TO GO WITH WHAT I ORDERED, I'M HAVING THEM COLLECTED, YEP, they can collect but REFUSE to DELIVER. WHAT A NASTY COMPANY AMAZON IS.
