Please don't buy any product I lost nearly Australian dollars in my return shipping cost. They send me wrong product..when I returned many customer care officers told I will get full refund but once they got the product they denied full refund they only returned fraction of cost of return. Another order waited for nearly a month after spending around 700 Australian dollars including express postage as per Amazon it's lost..full incompetent system.. customer loses money for Amazons fault

Amazon used to ship without premium or paying for next delivery charge in 2-3 days. Ordered a monitor and while it had next day delivery for an extra 4.99 I choose the free delivery. While it is your right and my choice of free delivery, this monitor took 6 days to arrive . I understand you make this move in order to entice more people to buy prime or to pay extra delivery charge but this delay feels deliberate. Not sure this is a good bussines idea with so many online shops in UK offering free next day delivery. I will never buy from Amazon unless absolutely necessary.

Amazon are not a trustworthy company to buy from. They hide poor reviews but highlight the fake five star ones. They do not remove VAT for VAT free zones. Prime is another utter rip off, as a prime customer orders still take at least seven days to arrive but they still claim 24 hr delivery!? Customer services is a joke, nobody understands English, you get bounced around 6/7 muppets and still no resolution to customers concerns. It’s now all about money and greed. I’ll never buy anything from them again.

I wrote a review that simply stated, QUOTE; "PRODUCT SUPPLIED , NOT AS ORDERD. orderd this Navara 60mm paint Mixing paddle for small tins, however what arived was a Toolzone 85mm paint mixing paddle". IMAJiNE TO MY SURPRISE MY REVIEW WAS REFUSED, Amazon said it does not comply with their "COMMUNITY GUIDELINES", They cannot post my review because i concentrated too mutch on the SELLER? They then sent me an email saying that if I talk about the SELLER, Delivery, Packaging, Pricing, Availability in my Reviews. Comments about sellers can not be posted on Reviews and must Only be sent to Amazon Customer Services as a complaint. I was then sent around all the staff in customer services, going round 8n a Circle with this issue going nowhere! What a bunch of WOKE, CANCEL CULTURE, AROGENT ???????. THEn they concluded by saying thease "ASPECTS VARY BY ORDER AND NOT RELEVANT TO ALL CUSTOMERS" ? So, what the FLUX does that mean? They make it up as they go Day by day and implement it as they feel ???

Hi, for few times sellers from Amazon get doggy and lie about products they sell. When returning the products back you spend time even all day for that and the seller don't pay any consequences..apart from that if you leave 1star review for seller Amazon don't publish it, is happening few times already..I'm not recommend Amazon..!

SHARP PRACTICE!! Offered a TV wall mounting service with the new TV I ordered. TV was delivered but the delivery men gave a passable impersonation of Homer Simpson when asked to fit the wall bracket (which Amazon had asked me to supply). Amazon secured the order for a very expensive TV by offering a (chargeable) fitment service - which they DO NOT PROVIDE...be careful...it's the old buyer beware!!

I ordered an item months in advance of its release. After it was released, my order tracking listed it as arriving by a certain date. The night before that date, the order was cancelled for no reason. They would give me no explanation for the cancellation. I will never use Amazon again for as long as I live.

My organisation was the victim of a complex scam in which a large number of Amazon gift vouchers were purchased. I reported this to Amazon immediately in an effort to freeze the vouchers so the fraudster would be unable to access the funds. I sent the voucher codes to Amazon three times over two days but have been unable to speak to anyone at Amazon that can tell me whether the vouchers have been frozen, despite contacting them 10 times over the last six days. Customer support have cut me off both over the phone and over the chat. Amazon have made a horrible and upsetting experience so much more difficult. In comparison, Apple froze the vouchers immediately and have now refunded us the funds. Amazon has not even acknowledged that a fraud took place. Words cannot describe how disappointed I am with my experiences with Amazon. You do not support small businesses in any way. Every single part of your customer support experience is challenging and unbelievably unhelpful. What a terrible, terrible organisation.

If there was a no star I would love to give them none. I’ve been with them over 10 years, paying every month for Prime and when went on holiday they suspended my account they said for violating their Terms and Conditions and when you ask how I violated their TC they can’t discuss it. Absolutely rubbish service, so disappointed and shame I’ve been paying them for years so much money without even using Prime for months. They should be ashamed by their service, they don’t care for their customers only to earn money!

Sick of Amazon removing legitimate reviews to protect sellers. A seller sending a white label copy of the advertised item is NOT ACCEPTABLE Amazon

Amazon is very convenient for shopping and I most admit I use it very often, but customer service nowadays is extremely bad and the staff is very rude and unhelpful. I order a product which cost £40 (not much and not a big deal about it) I receive a phone call from the driver on the day, I gave him a very clear instruction of where about he can leave the package, arrived home asked my neighbours for the package they said they haven't got it, checking around the house nothing left anywhere. obviously the package get lost. contacted the customer service they said to call them after a couple of days. called them after a couple of days as they asked and the start to be extremely rude and very robotic. Let's start with Shweta, the very first sentence came out of her on the live chat is to check my email. and after that she refused to speak with me or even to have any interaction. I spent over 45 minutes on the chat trying to speak with her and she kept saying we will not help without a police report. I asked for the manager who I thought will have a little bit of common sense that it's ridicules asking for police report for £40 product, I was not asking for refund and I was simply asking them to send another product. Of course we need to give big shout to the most useless manager, rude, unhelpful and extremely disrespectful Jacob Raj K, who demonstrate to be nominated for staff award for being a jerk and disrespectful, he was so rude from the very start, and the conversation like we will not do anything until you put a police report, send us a PDF and it must be closed. I got the same standard email as I got from the first staff 3 times!!!!!!!!! Jacob of course wasn't even welling to listen and I personally think he shouldn't be near customer service. I sent the police reference number after a couple of days, to receive the same exact email as before without even a name on it. I am a person with common sense, as Amazon stating " Based on the outcome of our investigations, we believe the package was delivered to the correct address. In particular we have considered information from our records, as follows which show the item was delivered: - Information collected at the point of delivery. - The package weight and reported condition upon delivery." I simply asked for a photo, or if they can contact the driver and I have no issue of going around and ask for the package, but instead of helping I got that we will not help without a crime report!!! You need a crime report in major city like London, I am sure the police had a laugh when they saw that, for £40 forty freaking pound. If I can give you below 0 star I would. it's disgrace that you refused to help even when your customers saying I am happy to go and knock on people doors to find the package and not to cost anyone extra.

I am closing my account with Amazon despite being a very loyal customer, I have had it with the Edinburgh Depot and in particular the Station Manager, who does NOT care about the Customer at all and ignores the Executive who tell him/her to investigate and contact the Customer. How he/she is still with the company, I do not know, but it just goes to show the lack of Duty of Care goes right to the top, John Boumphrey who just passes the buck to anyone and everyone else. Jeff Bezos would be ashamed with what the UK staff, right to the top, have done to the company. Do not even start me on the Indian and UK Contact Centre who are robots, NOTHING more, if it goes of script they get frustrated and tell porkies or ignore you altogether. If there is not a shortcut key, they can't type or understand, India or the UK.

Ordered a Samsung mobile phone and received a hair clip. Try to chat with online assistant without going anywhere. Even when I tried to schedule a customer service call back, it is not available. You are an absolute disgrace Amazon UK. Will never buy anything from you ever. You do not deserve to be in the business.

Tracking the parcel is agood idea, but even you see the delivery oerson is in your area with just 2 stops to go., you expect them shortly then suddenly the delivery time changes and they are off elsewhere. This has happened quite a few times and then you are stuck waiting for hours before the delivery finally arrives. Not good customer servic

I don't give 0 stars because I can't. I bought different items for prime day, they said they were delivered but of course they were not. They made me to wait 4 days saying that they will resend (because I want all of them). And now, without asking, they are just refunding the money with no other option. Where is the amazon that was asking their customers? They don't care anymore. Of course I'll try to avoid as much as I can And customer service is awful.

I have been a customer for 15 years. They have a system whereby when you ring up customer services is 50/50. Some speak good English, and the other half don't. They also have a system what l call good cop/bad cop. Which means if the person dealing with you cannot help you, they pass you onto another department where these people can be annoyingly disrespectful and rude. Also they enjoy it if you become angry. These people are known as the bad cop department. Also they are an evil group of backstabbers who gang up against you. I have always given Amazon UK the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately it is time for me to move on and say: GOODBYE AND GOOD RIDDENS. 👎☹️👎

Amazon a to z guarantee for peace of mind utter garbage.I am disabled and because my walking getting worse i have a damaged spine and M.S i decided to look for a mobility scooter one caught my eye on amazon it was a self folding lightweight but was £1725 but i noticed other sellers from china were selling at £985 i was a bit dubious but was backed by the amazon a to z guarantee peace of mind RIGHT? as it turns out no very WRONG.I ordered the scooter 28th april after few days was sent a tracking number was to be delivered between 12th may and 17th may,on 16th of may i still had not been sent a notification the carrier would be delivering so i contacted the seller he replied dear friend i have contacted the courier and its still in transit wait another couple days,on 18th i contacted amazon smelling a large rat the tracking number only worked on china post and said the unit no mention of what it was was delivered on 9th may to unknown address? the first agent i spoke to tried to find carrier information but could not although was established was supposed to be delivered by DHL he then sent message to seller saying the tracking was faulty i got another message from seller saying he had talked to courier and was sorting out, adifferent customer service agent tried to make sense of the tracking each time this was being passed up to senior members of staff to investigate obviously were on tea breaks throughout all this sorry episode, she then said she would make an A to Z claim this was on the 23rd may on 24th i got a reply back which deeply upset me it said AFTER A COMPLETE INVESTIGATION AN TALKING TO THE CARRIER WE BELIEVE YOUR PARCEL WAS DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS.(this has since been proved to be absolute bull)i was in shock they also said i should contact police and get a crime number,i luckily am not like many disabled who would just lose the money rather than fight even though stressful.i sent them a stinking email asking who were the carrier as had not been officially shared with me?when was it delivered i:e date to me where was copy of my signature for scooter? why did DHL not send me intention of delivery notification?they did not reply to this request i spoke to their customer care agent who had phoned me back next day as she had promised she sent message to seller saying he promised to refund and should do so she sent me a confirmation of this i got that at 2-30 am at 6 am got another AtoZ bull email saying they had lookied into same as last time and was still sure on 24th i contacted my bank they could not beleive rubbish amazon giving and said wait till 29th and they would issue a charge back application and as was told was almost certain to succeed.i did some further digging through EMS tracking and found my scooter was delivered to MK18 1EG which is in hunter street BUCKINGHAM 74.2 miles from my home address no further tracking information was available????????? i have been constantly telling the useless company amazon it seems a SCAM is running under their noses there are currently 11 sellers all from china all new sellers selling the scooter at vastly undercosted prices.in fact my partner did not know i had ordered this scooter and as its my birthday 30th june has ordered one for me to arrived between 18th-28th june at the unbeleivable price of £498 plus £1 p/p from an amazon chinese seller i have passed this information on to amazon i told the agent who was helping when been proved i had not received this item as i was accused of basicly stealing i expected amazon to issue you me a full full apology from a senior manager from the A to Z team did i hell on 27th may i got a message saying we have granting me a refund and telling me would be credited to my card a PATHETIC response from AN AROGANT COMPANYwho laughingly bills thereself as building the most customer centric comany the truth is vastly different not a single word of apology for the stress their incompetent company had made me endure for days i phoned them informed them i was considering going to press over this injustice the manager of customer care did apologise but said the A to Zdepartment would not do so she then insultingly offered me £20 for all the hours i had put into fighting this and my frustration, i told her to stick it.i wonder if AMAZON will actually read this and reach out i think odds about 985 to 1 lol.but the moral is dont trust AMAZON A to Z and DEFINATELY do not spend more than you can afford to lose on AMAZON who are clearly CON ENABLERS as long as they get their cut
