Expected a delivery today. Received text message " You're only 2 drops away " and a picture of a map with marker. 3 hours later and various drops going away from our position ,still no parcel . Why is the tracking scheduled in Spain. Poor driver was sent every where back and forth passing drop offs.

Well well.... I used amazon in the last 15-20 years and they let me down this time. I can say that after this, I'll never buy from amazon again, I'm done. They go around telling you that they are on the customer side, if you have a problem they care about you, your experience with them etc, totally not true. Bought a bed on June 1st from a third party seller, at first the seller sent me the wrong item ( a small double bed instead of a standard ), I sent it back on the 15th and still waiting for a refund. As they admitted, it's the courier fault as they at first they didn't update the tracking code as collected ( so for them the parcel was never collected even if I told them THREE TIMES that I had proof of collection but they didn't even care to look at that, what that mattered to them was only the tracking code ) and after the tracking number showed the parcel as in delivery process, they still didn't give me my refund. It's been now 3 WEEKS that I sent the item back and OVER A MONTH that I've ordered this item and I have no money no item and they don't care about my experience, they actually lied to me telling me that the seller told me that he will refund me which is in fact the opposite, he totally told me I would not refund me. I sent the seller a letter before action before to proceed with the court and trying to get my money back and I'll send a letter too to amazon, someone has to pay and I don't see why it should me when I did everything right and the one ( the seller ) who should not be on business at all, stil has the item and my money. Where are my rights here? Avoid at all cost

Unprofessional behaviour from delivery service who claims they left product outside without imforming us. They want police report for this. We never dealt with police so asked the team to deal with this but they let us down... This should have been dealt differently despite us being prime customer and we are suffering because of amazon delivery mistake

When my card was changed because of fraud they made it virtually impossible to reregister with them and were very unhelpful taking we are the big company attitude and we can do what we like Very disappointed with their attitude

No stars if I could Amazon has spoiled my birthday tomorrow my husband bought me a iPad Air in pink 2022 it was going to be a surprise when he opened the Box goes Instead of an ipas a book flame of resistance obviously there no security Check it beggars belief that that this could happen It will take up to five days for refund my husband is seething he likes my present s to be a surprise 🥲🙁🙁

Amazon your customer service sucks! I had issues with Amazon deliveries before but now its just a joke. You wait for a delivery and out of nowhere the delivery date changes and sometimes you don't know when you going to get it or if you will get it at all (this happened as well) The people employed must be retarded or not understanding english. You ask one question and they copy an paste the same things over again. Names like Sirajudin, Akshakumar, Midhur, Monam, Sameer, Nitika...those are people typing to you in Scotland. Not even one english/scottish name. As a prime customer I am not getting my deliveries on time as promised by Amazon and I am not being treated as a valuable customer either Those people don't care what you are saying. If at all understand what you are saying. They copy and paste exactly same nonsense to you over and over again. Then, if you pressurise them they suggenly having technical issues and hung up on you. Today I went through 8 of those "geniuses"for one issue as again I ve had delivery issues. Amazon never noticed not having product in a warehouse which was for next day delivery. So the next day (delivery dayt) they just change the date again for following day they tried to lie to me that's when it was estimated. Amazon you are destroying your reputation with cheap lying staff. Your customer service will sink your business. This bacame beyond scandalous

Extremely desorganised and employees left to badly treat customers without reprimand. Personally I encounter so many problems, products tracking telling me the items where on their way though the support told me the products shown in stock were no longer available. No I am done with them! They are same as ebay used to be, totally unreliable with a big attitude problem. I will go further and say that those company treating consumers so badly should be fined.

Keep guaranteeing order by 10 pm same day and then they say customer requested reschedule liars 2 day later still waiting

Order guaranteed by 10 pm never arrived they said its running late if it doesn't arrive within 3 yes 3 days you can get a refund this happened twice in a week with different items and different sellers

Had a delivery time notified and telling me my delivery was 2 stops away.The time was 10.30 am, 15.30 I had still not received my delivery and ended up cancelling it because I had to go out and did not want my parcel left on my doorstep as my neighbours have expericed in the past.

Will not refund me for items returned to them, total value of over £300!! I keep contacting them, but they just keep sending me emails saying that they won't refund me, even though they have admitted that they have received these returns. Nothing short of theft!

I have recently had my amazon gift card stolen by hackers from my amazon account. Amazon did not even alert me to a problem with a new card on my account being used. I have used amazon for years and will never use them again when they have such disregard for their customers account safety.

Amazon are always usually my number 1 store. Unfortunately, when you ring up, you get somebody who behaves like a zombie. It used to be very good all the time. Today, l got 3 zombies in a row. So l gave up. Not good. Amazon need to improve the attitude of the staff that man the phones. ☹️😠😡

New complaint ! 14-02-2022 *Long story short* had to return a subwoofer that was faulty, the only was i could return it was via their return label that i had to print off. I did not have a printer so after a few contacts they told me to use "PARCEL MONKEY". i did this and the item was delivered on the 22nd of Feb 2022 and they are still saying they did not received it even though the tracking shows where the item is going, where it was sent from, the size, weight and dimensions. even with all this they are saying they do not have it and i should not of used PARCEL MONKEY even though someone told me to use them. They told me i have to make a claim with the delivery company event though there is no issues with delivery as any contact i try to talk to them about this they end up saying we are not going to talk about this anymore I've answered your questions i will need to end chat. So i contacted the delivery company and they requested that the recipient send a signed document stating they did not receive the item 9 which is fair enough) So i contacted Amazon to ask for this and they said no, it's not something they do!! So now I'm stuck with being £199.99 down for the item and £15.53 for the postage cost ( Which they said they would refund) So glad my Amazon Prime expires today. Will never use Amazon again! Awful customer service and Attitude I received an item which was an aerial. Inside there was a card that said that if I gave a 5* review they would give a £15 voucher. Upon testing the item it felt so cheap and light and never worked it was awful! Felt so cheap ect reviews were 5* so I left a review taking a picture of the card and explaining it( card stated don't tell anyone or leave it in the reviews as not everyone gets it, which of course is a lie) Amazon refused the review as it was a review not only about the item but about the seller ( I said about the card In my review) and they refused it because of that. I told amazon about the card and first thing they did was offer me the £15!! I told them it goes against their terms but they didn't seem to care...not only that apparently leaving an honest review goes against their terms. Now how can we trust their reviews?!

Delivery was a joke took half day from work as delivery time was due 2:30pm-4-30pm then they changed it to 3:00pm-5:30pm then changed it to 3:00pm-6:00pm then at 6pm they changed it again to before 10pm. I’m not happy in the end I cancelled the order and now my prime membership. Refund stated 2-3 days but then that changed to 5-7 days. What a joke and waste of time and money.

Stated parcel was handed to resident. No such thing happened when contacting them, it was stated that driver had scanned it as delivered by mistake. After asking them when it will be delivered I was told it would be a priority delivery next morning. No such thing happened when contacted again was told yet more stories
