Delivery was a joke took half day from work as delivery time was due 2:30pm-4-30pm then they changed it to 3:00pm-5:30pm then changed it to 3:00pm-6:00pm then at 6pm they changed it again to before 10pm. I’m not happy in the end I cancelled the order and now my prime membership. Refund stated 2-3 days but then that changed to 5-7 days. What a joke and waste of time and money.

Stated parcel was handed to resident. No such thing happened when contacting them, it was stated that driver had scanned it as delivered by mistake. After asking them when it will be delivered I was told it would be a priority delivery next morning. No such thing happened when contacted again was told yet more stories

Best company for robbing people! I received a gift voucher for Christmas and I bought something for the samr price but Qmqzon is still asking for your bank details. When you think you have cancelled everything, surprise, they have found new membership that I never subsribe for. Result, I have to pay for 1 more month as they won't refund money. Thank you Amazon, never again.

I still haven't had my watches I ordered 3 watchs I've received 1 I had 2 box delivered but there was 1 watch in one box and the other box was empty so weres my other watchs

Amazon Business offered discount for the first order. After placing the order, Amazon block my account and wanted to verify the account. They cancelled my order after verifiying and did not give discount at all. Cheating to the customers and Untrustworthy company.

Absolutely unreliable,2nd day in waiting for another delivery,Times given not stuck too,Was supposed to be next delivery according to tracking map.Still waitinf 2 hours later and map dissappeared,Just getting delivery upto 10pm,Cancelled prime membership cos not getting service i paid for,No way to treat customers

Drivers ring the door bell not once but 5 or 6 times then repeatedly knock on the door so hard it frightens the living daylights out of you. The driver can’t wait 15 seconds for you to answer. Standard operation is to mash down the door then immediately leave the item on the door step and if your lucky a designated safe place. If you catch the driver they laugh at you with contempt or react as if they are angels doing you a favour. I have complained to Amazon 3 or 4 times but they are the ones triggering the behaviours of the drivers due to overload or insufficient time. I have stopped using Amazon for this reason and prefer to pay for delivery rather than pay to be treated with contempt

we had no call to say parcels are her so what do these thick amazon driver do they leave my parcels out in the street when i gave delivery updates on it theses drivers are not nice at all lucky for us our neighbour found them in the street and gave us are parcels its our money your throwing around the streets not yours fed up with them doing wrong if you cant do the job get out of it and stay out so selfish drivers

Beware of Amazon drivers that that have no concept of road safety and total disregard for other road users safety. Luckily I have quick reactions or I would have been writing this from a hospital bed. I tried complaining to Amazon and they apparently have no way of knowing who the driver could have possibly been, even given the exact location and time of day. Unfortunately I was too shaken up to get registration number. It's a shame Amazon don't care that they employ reckless drivers.

When I checked the tracking (Tracking ID: QB0155375140) for my delivery, it shows delivery attempted @8:55pm on 14/11/2021, but they are liars as we were all at home all day and all night. The delivery person did not even knock or ring the door bell if they did attempt a delivery. How appalling @Amazon UK

Disappointing service making online shopping a ball ache , now asking for one time security codes and secret hand shakes just to get your parcel . Whats wrong with asking for id ,where has the common sense gone in this company? I didnt have a code and didn't know anything about a code that was required to receive a parcel. In the end I gave up and told driver to take parcel back , its one thing to have a conversation with a pencil pusher but to have a conversation with a foreign pencil pusher it was to much for my brain I couldn't take the stupidity.

Over a week late already, lots of failed promises from Amazon, hours wasted speaking to customer service all to be let down again and I am now told another 4 days to wait for this next day delivered item!!!! By which time it will then be 2 weeks for them to complete the task, Amazon used to be great but now have no time or care for its customers, if you get your item then that's great, but if you don't then you will enter a world of the frustration of empty promises all to not get anywhere expect being told that Amazon 'Understands' your frustration, but still nothing will actually happen, best of all with PRIME you get the privilege of paying for this.

Terrible! Deliveries gone better but their customer services is really bad! A company without complain procedures with staff that can access your security cameras and speakers!

Bought a garmin fenix 6 watch Bought a garmin fenix 6 watch. Give a delivery time slot to which i stayed in for, then for them to say it’s been delivered. No proof/evidence of delivery, which I know didn’t take place due to me staying in for it. Spoke to customer services who state they need to wait 24hr to investigate then will call me back. Waited 24hrs no call back, phoned again only to be advised they need another day and if they are happy I haven’t received It I can claim a refund. The product as now gone up in price to which they won’t honour and send another one out. I even took insurance out which they can’t refund???????

"Delivered today. Parcel was handed to resident." No. it wasn't. It was left outside the door. The driver couldn't be bothered to ring the bell. Luckily I found it before someone else.
