I ordered a paperback novel which is over £9 00, the book
arrived in a damaged cardboard envelope, the front cover
and back cover had black marks also scratches on the back
cover, I am finding it difficult to contact customer services
as my laptop is not compatible with their robotic message
service. It is very simple to purchase items from Amazon
however if you have a problem it is almost impossible to
solve. Any future purchases will be with companies that
have CUSTOMER CARE, Amazon take note!
