i bought a product though amazon the part does not work and they are refusing to rectifier the issue as they like to seal your money as they know their sellers parts are faulty.

One big scam, 10 products never arrived. All products got lost, waited ages, was on the phone with a lot of customer support agents, also on the chat. Cost me a lot of time, no products, no nothing. Waste of time and money. NEVER again. Didn't expect this horrible service from such a big company. How can you advertise products that you never deliver, what is the point of the convenience of an online shop? Did products arrive -> never

Amazon’s customer service has deteriorated badly over the last few years. I have been a customer for over 13 years and will now only use them if I’m absolutely desperate. I ordered. Sat nav, from the Warehouse, so new it may have scratches etc. After initialisation I started updating it as it was well out of date for updates. 5 hours later I find it doesn’t do what I wanted as it was the wrong model. It did not have all the packaging, so fair enough. Return initiated and the service was exemplary at this point, except instead of just shipping a replacement you have to return and re-order. Done just that, so have now paid twice, item arrives and again it’s the wrong model, no excuse this time, clearly states it on the packaging. What should happen is that you get a refund once you hand it to their courier. But no, you have to wait until they receive it. The second item was received by them the day after posting, the original is doing a tour of the UK. Not my problem, it’s their chosen courier, so they should refund. I have money tied up which comes to more than the cost of buying it new and Amazon couldn’t care less. I’m left with one option after having previously complaints the CEO and that is to avoid using them. I have cancelled my Prime and Music subscription when it could have easily been sorted by sending the correct replacement and collecting the other at the same time, but customer service is no longer at the fore of Amazon’s business ethic!

Still very inactive on the assault of my wife by your employee in front of my 12 year old daughter. Looks like you are the type of company that condone this sort of behaviour. Give me £5 and lock my account instead for daring to complain. Video doorbells don't lie.

Amazon customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. Should be ashamed. I bought two tyres and because they did not have it in stock (but their website had it in stock when I ordered) they decide to not inform me and to instead send the completely different tyres which I did not order anyway, so I call amazon which arranged a pick up and now they say they have only received one tyre instead of two so they have now only refunded me for one tyre. I paid £300 amazon for these two tyres and I have sent them back but only received half of the refund. Amazon is just wasting my time and stealing hard earned money like this and they refuse to resolve anything and they just send a automated repeated message that they have only received one tyre. They next step now is to report SCAMAZON through to trading standards on this matter because I have also read many other people having this similar problem and as big as a company amazon is their customer service is non existent.

Unfortunately I can’t give minus number, pay for prime and been waiting for delivery then I get tracking message saying parcel handed to resident which you would think is good, unfortunately I am the resident and I have most definitely not had a parcel handed to me !!!! Tried the customer support chat and that was a total waist of time I then requested a phone call, call connected and explained the the delivery driver has lied about the delivery and then they hung up, so rang again and explained the whole thing again, been told they will contact driver and “try” to get it delivered. You would think with the ridiculous amount of money Amazon makes they could afford to get good reliable staff and customer support. Been a prime customer for many years but think it’s time to buy from eBay and normal shops from now on,

When I sign up for a subscription-based service, I'm notified when my subscription is about to end or renew. Amazon is the only business I know which doesn't do this. If you cancel your Prime membership, it actually changes the option to be notified of such a thing, you have to set it again. This is an anti-consumer practice and simply should not be allowed. It is the only setting which does not remain in-tact. This is entirely intentional as the setting has no use when you are not a Prime member, meaning there is no reason for the user to change it once they have set it.

Don’t value your custom for over 15 years!!! Send out rude/inflammatory emails asking why your return products! Well if they didn’t send out faulty/poor quality items or not to brand standard, then customers would not have to return! Maybe they should familiarise their selves with the Consumers rights act 2015, of their customers have a right to return! Rude customer services!!! Won’t be my first go to point to shop going forward!

i purchased a bag for 95 pounds amozon cancelled the order then said i repurchase for 145pounds absolute joke . call centre does not speak english to the point that you can understand .

Fraud on Amazon App!!!!! I promised as a gift what the announced promised: Microsoft Surface Pro 7, with a Quad core I7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, and what I have received is a much inferior and cheaper product. A Microsoft Surface GO 2. Luckily I understand a little bit about the product they are selling and I realized the fraud. Imagine how many people are getting purposely deceived by Amazon. I could by this product cheaper elsewhere but, naively I thought Amazon would be more reliable. Now they are offering me as the only choice a refund... well first I promised a product as gift and I am not interested in a refund; secondly they are still selling this item and deceiving people in this scam. Shame on you Amazon. I want my product, the one you are selling still and not my money back. This is a online purchase, so the only way for customers to check the product is through the item description. STOP THIS FRAUD NOW! #amazonnotreliable #amazonscam #amazonfraud

Amazon is going downhill rapidly. No point paying for amazon prime these days as literally nothing is delivered next day. Many items have gone missing in transit recently, never used to happen! Customer Services are useless.

Terrible customer service, via web chat. No reply to complaints emails. Childs swing was bought from a marketplace seller. It became defective and unsafe to use. Swing broke after 7 months of normal use during British summer. Amazon claimed it was outside the 6 month statutory returns period and suggested contacting the seller. No reply from seller. Went back and forth to Amazon 3 times, who claim its not their problem. Tried to explain swing is unsafe and unusable and under consumer act, 'not fit for purpose and not met expected safety standard for child's toy', so refund or replace should be given. No help whatsoever, no reply to emails, rude and obstructive faceless web chat operators. I've held an Amazon account for over 20 years Nd spent thousands of pounds on there platform. Seems Amazon make enough profits that they don't need customer satisfaction.

Disgusting customer service. I ordered 2x watches, upon opening my parcel I saw two watch boxes, but only one box had a watch inside, the other was empty! To my shock, I contacted Amazon immediately and they opened an investigation. After a few days, they asked me to file a police report, which I did. After sending them the report ID, Amazon said we will not be refunding or replacing since our records show both items left our fulfillment centre ‘complete’. To my shock, I did my own investigation and weighed the watch on its own and with its packaging, alongside the parcel box and realised my entire parcel which was 900 grams was missing about 70 grams which was the exact weight of the second watch that was missing! Amazon’s website also verified that one watch is 70 grams. Hence, I forwarded my findings to Amazon explaining my parcel should have been 970 grams and not 900 grams (all together), yet they sent me another generic email stating we will not be refunding or replacing! Now I’ve paid hundreds of pounds only for one watch. Tried calling various different departments and spoke to many managers but simply put nobody cares. My money is simply gone and I cannot do anything about it. In fact they’ve refused to look at my evidence and when I asked to see their findings, I got nothing back. They’ve literally taken my money and are refusing to do anything about it. I’ve asked many times to provide me a email so I could send them my findings, but nobody cares. I advise people not to buy expensive items as there is no guarantee you’ll get it, it never was like this, but this seems to be the new Amazon. As far as Amazon is concerned, as long as you receive a package at your address (empty or not) their job is done.

Customer service & delivery drivers are sh** trust me. When customer service keep telling you to wait 2days its just means they can't be fuc***. Amazon drivers rather don't deliver to my door in a flat forcing kids and misses to go down stairs even if its heavy boxes or they just throw it by the exit.
