Incapable of fulfilling Pre order. Over the Past Two year i have Pre Order books from Amazon on 16 separate occasions. Each and every time they have failed to fulfill those orders. Their only response has been "sorry for the inconvenience" and "we have escalated your concerns to the relevant department", but there has been no change what so ever. No improvement. One order took 6 months to be shipped. i have Zero faith in the Amazon's ability to fulfill per orders. Every time a fail, every time empty promises
