I don't want amazon prime constantly shoved at me. Neither do I want you to tell me what I might like to buy or show me what others have bought. I want transparecy from sellers. I want decent products made in UK/Europe not a marketplace dominated by cheap Chinese products. And I don't want to be lied to by sellers trying to flog items with real fur stating it is faux fur. I don't need amazon and am closing my account.

Terrible delivery, down for 1430-1630never arrived. Rescheduled for up to 10pm yet driver per Amazon tracker passed within 0.5miles my address twice before heading off elsewhere. Rechecked at 2000hrs driver been sat at costa coffee for 1.5hrs. 2100hrs still no delivery. Called customer service who although polute couldnt or wouldnt help resolve when delivery would take place. No contact with driver available no map tracker update available per service representative. Thoroughly dissatisfied at the professionalism of this company. As a courier man myself you dont send a driver with hundreds of pounds worth of parcels out and have no way of contacting them. Pathetic excuses

wouldn't be bad if I could set up account you are a nightmare set up new email address always will never accept my emails or passwords do you want custom am I on some bad list I would be buying a lot from you I'm leavi g my usual address which is real and mine you can come to my home and see my emails yes it is being used by me

Another not very favourable update I am afraid. I am now informed that I should expect delivery of my purchase on Wednesday the 23rd Dec. Exactly 10 days after the order was placed using AMAZON PRIME and a whole 3 weeks after the original order was placed... I wonder if Amazon have selected this date purposely knowing that by the time I work out that it wont arrive before Christmas, it will be too late for me to do anything about it? Or perhaps they have delayed my shipment because of the complaints I have submitted? Seems petty but at the moment I feel that anything is possible. I will of course update on Wednesday (if not before) when I do or dont get my delivery.

Just as an update from the previous review I submitted yesterday. I have FINALLY heard back from the complaints team... A refund for 1 of the items was issued, only 10 days after the item was 'lost' but I wont get the refund for another 5 - 7 days.... AND I have been offered a £20 voucher for an Amazon product.... I couldn't contain my excitement *sense the sarcasm* There has been no mention of the other refunds I was waiting for. There has been no mention of the item that I currently have on order and when it might actually arrive (already a day late now). There was no mention of what has actually caused the FOUR items I have ordered to be delayed and how the might resolve the issue.. I cannot warn people enough. DO NOT ORDER Expensive items from AMAZON and DO NOT waste your money on AMAZON PRIME. This is 4 x £300/£400 items that have now been on order with AMAZON PRIME Since the 2nd Dec and I have not received a single one. Excuses are - 'lost item', 'out of stock (despite the customer service team saying there was 2 in stock) and 'computer glitch'. I am really intrigued to see what the next excuse will be.... I will update on here :)

I just wanted to update on my previous review submitted just 30 mins ago. I have since been back on the Amazon Website and the items that I were told were out of stock are showing '10 in stock' What a joke. Is that 10 other customers that are going to pay over £1000 for items that aren't received.

Shocking service. Really appalling. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH EXPENSIVE PURCHASES OR CHRISTMAS GIFTS!! Amazon Prime is a con. Do not waste your money. I ordered an item on PRIME delivery on the 2nd Dec. When it didn't arrive on next day, being a patient person, I did not panic, i understand that these things can happen. It was not until the 10th Dec that I was told the order 'had been lost'. I contacted Amazon and was assured that a replacement would be sent the following day. This item did not arrive. I contacted Amazon and was told that the replacement was 'out of stock' but they will happily cancel my order so i can purchase a new product. I panicked and did not want the order cancelling (Expensive Christmas present) instead I asked that a suitable replacement was found. No such luck. The lady I spoke to could not offer a suitable replacement because the item was purchased on black Friday and given that this was a week later, the deals no longer existed. My order was cancelled and I was offered a £15 credit. woo hoo. In a panic i purchased a product that was substandard to the one I wanted but cancel the order within 5 mins. I then found a suitable replacement at a price that was £100 more then I originally paid. Again, i made the purchase on Amazon Prime. The delivery should have been with me today. Low and behold, no surprises here, the delivery has not arrived. (14 days later!) I even checked on the order at 10am and was informed that it was out for delivery (despite the online system saying it hadn't been dispatched). At 4pm, i decided to check again, the online system still says it hasn't been dispatched so I spoke to a new member of the team. I have now been told that due to a computer glitch, my order has not been dispatched. The manager I spoke to told me there was nothing he could do about it (this is an item sold by Amazon by the way, not an independant seller). I was offered £5 for my trouble. Here is a list of the colleagues I spoke to and the misleading information that I received from each. Amazon, if you are reading this, I have copies of the chats in case the below seems a bit too far fetched. :) Colleague 1 (name is protected as I know this is not a personal issue) Specifically told me that there were 2 replacement items in stock and I would have delivery the next day. Clearly not true. Colleague 2 Assured me that a replacement would be with me the following day (this is when then second delivery did not arrive) She also told me that I would be issued with a refund would be issued for my first purchase. Still not received my refund or my goods. Colleague 3 Told me that he could get a member of the complaints team to call me.... And that a refund would be with me immediately. No one called and no refund issued. Colleague 4 logged in to the chat, read my question and logged out Colleague 5 logged into the chat, read my question and logged out Colleague 6 Offered me £5 and then told me that she could not request that a manager called me. It isn't possible apparently. Colleague 8 (a Manager) Told me that he cannot say my order will even be with me in the next 2 days. As I am sure you can imagine. I have tried to email a complaint in. TRIED. When I first sent an email, it got bounced back due to it being 'too large'. It was just a written email. Email 2 - i moved the written email to a Zipped word document - Bounced back. File still too big. Email 3 - Now containing a Zipped PDF made it through but the team couldn't speak to me because they didn't recognise my email address. Email 4 and 5 sent from the only other 2 email addresses I have ever possessed. No response. To sum up this incredibly shocking service and the parts that I would want people to know before trusting Amazon with any money. 1 - I am now over £1000 out of pocket because I have purchased the same item 3 times and not received any of the items or a refund. 2 - Amazon Prime means nothing. The original order was placed on the 2nd Dec. It is now the 16th Dec 3 - the customer service team are simply there to listen to complaints and do actually have the ability to make any changes. 4 - apparently a £5 credit on an account is an acceptable way of resolving any issue. 5 - the complaints process has been made purposely hard to access to ensure people give up before a complaint it logged. I have informed the Manager that I spoke to that I will be writing this review and his response was: 'we welcome your feedback' Anyone sense the sarcasm? I will update this review tomorrow morning and then every half a day thereafter to keep you all informed of my progress. Watch this space and wish me luck.

For some reason the service is getting worse day by day. A really unpleasant experience more than twice now. I hope strong and efficient competition will rise because it is no longer sustainable. The third party responsibility they claim is utterly disappointing !

I have had to return almost everything I have bought recently. Before I buy, I read the customer reviews, but they are so badly written and phrased they have obviously been written by the sellers. t would be of great assistance to customers if the 'Country of manufacture' were listed. I cannot find any way to contact Amazon, so much so I'm considering ditching them completely.

Amazon what a disgrace. I ordered the ring doorbell which was supposed to be delivered on weds 2nd december. Your tracking showed it was handed to me. It wasn’t and I told you that on weds, you wouldn’t believe me though and wouldn’t let me complain until two days later. Well there is now a 9 week lead time on this item which means it won’t be dlievered til 1st feb 2021! When I was chatting to the person the other day they said you’d send out ASAP. What a lie. Looks like I will be out of pocket for over two months because your courier clearly decided not to deliver my order. I can’t even speak to a person! Instead an automated chat bot. Terrible service.

WOULD BE LUCKY TO GIVE THEM 0 STARS BUT HERE IS NO OPTION. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISASTER, THEY NOT APPRECIATE YOUR TIME. THEY VERY IGNORANT AND NOT LISTENING TO THE QUESTIONS REGARDING TERRIBLE AND VERY IGNORANT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROMISED ME AS A COMPLIMENTARY £7.99 AND MONTH FOR FREE AMAZON PRIME TO GIVE THE OTHER TRY TO GET ME BACK AGAIN AS A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND IN THE END THEY CANCEL MY PRIME MEMBERSHIP BY MISTAKE. TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BY CHAT, TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, BUT THEY PUT ME AROUND DEPARTMENTS WITHOUT NO REASON. FINALY I REACH THE COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT BUT THEY REFUSED TO TAKE THE COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS METTER. WASTE AROUND HALF DAY ON THIS ISSUE BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED

Worst company I have ever dealt with, Have tried for several months to list my products, extremely poor response from support with absolute no want to resolve the issues. Funnily enough they've have had no trouble taking £30 out of my bank account every month even though I cant list a single product!

I will tell you what went wrong, I had my damn phone stolen and i told them idiots this and to disable the otp i have to accept a verification from my phone that i do not have, now i can not get in my account, i am fuming

paid for extra for next day delivery as this was advertised on the main page of the add, that evening it changed to 3 days later. got it touch to be told to wait untill monday or wait 7 days for a refund.

Hadn't received a parcel from Amazon nothing unusual from a courier has happened with Royal Mail and EBAY in the past, well clearly not to Amazon customers it would seem who said they needed a Police report. I said what happened to your A-Z customer guarantee and I was told that it only covers items sold and dispatched by third party sellers on the Amazon website, but as in my case the item was from one of their sellers but dispatched by Amazon it's not covered. So I said well what's that guarantee called and I quote: it has a name but we can't tell you so it's a secret guarantee I said. I told them that if the Police spent all their time on missing parcels that they would never get any work done, I said when you have dishonest sellers that's what customer guarantees are meant for and thankfully at least we still have Chargebacks and I would be contacting my bank. Just when you thought Ebay sounded bad just goes to show someone is always worse my advice if buying from Amazon, don't spend more than a fiver unless you really want to waste Police time, not get what you ordered, and be out of pocket until you get your money back from VISA.

Account security is abysmal. Account hacked (it happens), but a week after, and the promise of emails to correct it have never happened, also the promise of 2 return calls never happend. Left with no access to my account (wasn't advised to cancel my bank card - although I did as a precaution otherwise someone could have spent my money during this week)
