Extremely desorganised and employees left to badly treat customers without reprimand.
Personally I encounter so many problems, products tracking telling me the items where on their way though the support told me the products shown in stock were no longer available.
No I am done with them! They are same as ebay used to be, totally unreliable with a big attitude problem.
I will go further and say that those company treating consumers so badly should be fined.
