cannot contact them....grrrr. my order was sent somewhere else. and is lost. I just want to talk to a person. could not find a number anywhere.

I ordered a mobile phone and it didn't arrive so I cancelled it i then ordered from Amazon es and joined prime to get next day delivery and it didn't come until the day after when I had made several phone calls.

Amazon consistently failing to offer next-day delivery for orders placed on a Friday or Saturday, even though my post code is eligible for this service and I am a Prime subscriber. Yet delivery is available on Saturday or Sunday for other nearby addresses!! Customer service answered my emails regarding the problem - but never actually acknowledged it, claiming may be a stock availability issue. Obviously NOT a stock issue since I can change the delivery address to another address and get it next day. Customer service now no longer engaging and are choosing to simply ignore my emails. Advertising Standards Agency already looking at an enquiry into Amazon deliveries, and I shall co-operate with this. Amazon claim "Your feedback is helping us build Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company." - I'd take that comment with a large pinch of salt!

I ordered a DVD still not received and tried numerous occasions to contact the seller but no reply Given up Ordered a fitbit arrived quick and is fantastic

Amazon offered a delivery before X-mas using PRIME-service of the ordered baby doll-house. We did receive it not before X-mas AND we did not receive it not after X-mas. But at the end of the year I received a e-mail, that the parcel was send back to the sender, because the customer did decide to return it. Fact is, that our complete family was urgently waiting for this shipment, but did never receive it

Seems like Amazon and Amazon prime are not a good idea anymore as price on both are getting very expensive as compared to other prominent web sellers. what with minimum spends and paying for delivery (as well as monthly cost for Prime) I now shop elsewhere and save money.

ordered christmas gifts for everyone ,and didnt fill my order completely, took all the money, but said i was short. on my orders page it showered excatly what had happened, there joke of a store card acceped 80% of my order but not the last 40 bucks..i tried to pay down the credit card to free up some room but quickly realized i couldnt get past my own user id. like someone else is triing to pay my bills,shmh, anyway no appoligy just short customer service and an overall feeling of be taken advantage

We ordered an RCA icemaker. It arrived the wrong color and outside finish. There was supposed to be a 4-year warranty included - nothing was. The icemaker does not work. The driver who delivered it was driving an Enterprise Rental Van with no identification. But it did get here fast. There was no paperwork included as to how to return it nor was there a return label included.

It is not that the item I bought (A TomTom GO 5200) had something wrong in itself. This item was advertised that it contained also Micro sim card. The slot is there ok, but there is no sim card. But the thing I didn't like most was the way this GPS was delivered. We were at home the whole day.(Horsham, UK). The courier didn't bother to ring the doorbell but just left the package there, on the doorstep. Good thing I had to go out in the evening and saw it there. Disgrace!!! Someone could have easily nicked it. Also, I should have signed receipt of package. In my opinion the messenger should be sacked as he/she has tarnished Amazon's reputation.

No delivery. Contradictory information in emails, Lack of authoritative response to queries. The lack of delivery ruined the delivery intended for three shall children. I am very upset.

I've used Amazon now for around 6 years. Up until recently I've always been pleased with their service, but over approx the last year this has went seriously downhill! The last problem I had involved recieving a damaged product, I know this can happen as couriers simply aren't careful. However, I called Amazon as soon as the product arrived, I was instructed that they would email me a returns label to take the return item to any local post office and that a replcement had been ordered by express delivery to arrive next day. I visited 3 post offices, all of which told me that the label wasn't one of theirs. I then called Amazon back only to be told that the label was for a 'Pass my parcel' drop off and given a link to my closest store (which wasn't very close). On top of that I had to contact Amazon 7 times regarding the replacement which did not arrive. Each time being promised that it would arrive the next day. I finally spoke to someone who simply ordered a further replacement which I recieved next day. The original one still never turned up!

I ordered some cockeral feathers from an Amazon associate (very cheap admittedly) and they didn't arrive for over a month. What I hadn't understood (being old and naieve) was that the feathers were coming from China. They'd been stuffed into an envelope, and fell out all over the place when opened.. And they weren't exactly what I'd imagined, like big and colourful, more like dowdy old hen's feathers grey and brown. I'd hoped for something to use in a decorative sculpture, instead I chucked them in the bin.

We shop on amazon UK a fair bit, amost daily. We have the usual problems, you know the odd delivery failure and the odd late parcel, but nothing majojr. Recently one of the drivers from amazon logisitcs enetered our home while my wife was in the back and hadnt heard the door bell. The driver proceed to call out "Hello" to which he got no reply, after several minutes of silence my wife returned to the sitting room and went into the porch to find the driver had left a calling card and didnt elave the parcels. We dont mind this, but why would a delivery driver enter your home without permission? Very unprofessional amazon, this shouldnt happen.

I could not purchase the item I needed because I am not an 'amazon prime member'. Really!? So I went to ebay and bought it for same price no delivery charge - how d'ya like them apples?

I ordered 2 2.5 inch drive adapters, order was fulfilled by Amazon. Ao arrival, one unit was new the other was second hand, it had already been opened, box was damaged. Unit was returned (which in itself was a chore). When I order new items i expect them to be new. What makes things worse, is this is not the first time this has happened.

Ordered a camera from Amazon Warehouse using prime free trial expecting next day delivery, ordered on Monday lunchtime, only to get an email Tuesday lunchtime to say delivery would be on Saturday - 6 days after I ordered ??? I contacted amazon through chat and was told this was a carrier problem, which is now resolved, so will be delivered within 24 hours (Wednesday?), but nothing on website has changed to show this, so I am pretty doubtful. I've been put off amazon as if I can't rely on quick delivery, I can get things elsewhere !
