Very easy, quick, efficient to browse, shop, select and place orders. A colossal choice of products to choose from and the prices are very competitive. Don’t buy books unless you want them manhandled. Probably handled in such a way so you just bite down in the pillow and buy a kindle. Can’t crease the cover if it’s made of pixels!

I had terrible trouble ordering a pair of headphones during the recent Prime sale and ultimately did not buy anything. Later, I complained and they offered to sell me the headphones at the sale price, but only if I bought them first and got a refund later. This I did - but now they've thrown up endless delays and excuses about giving me the refund. I am furious!

Not very happy with Amazon, a lot of things on the amazon shopping site are cheap chinese items that can be found cheaper on Ebay, If you use the prime service you'll find that all the items covered are by Amazon's Prime "free delivery" are actually slightly more expensive than the same items that are not covered by Prime. My wife has been a Prime customer for several years, someone stole her Amazon log in details and opened another Prime account which my wife was charged almost £80 for and when she tried to sort it out with Amazon they said they couldn't help and told her to speak with her bank. She is now in the process of trying to claim this money back from Amazon and when she has done so, my wife will be cancelling her Amazon account.

Great ordering. Ok delivery 9 in evening a little late. No receipt in box if you wish to return item you been to print a return label. I do not know of any other company that you print your own return labels

LED bulbs for my motor 4 bulbs ordered and one does not work these were supposed to have been tested, not good ?

Assortment is fine but I do object to being enticed into "Prime" by the layout which is dishonestly left unexplained as you pay.. I will avoid transactions whenever I can. gpkm

Since October last year, I order some products and part of the delivery has been made but the remaining items still have not arrived. I have been unable to contact them as there is no email or telephone number available on site

Large quantity of very thin shiny leather, the chemical fumes are very bad. I have had to put it outside, I don't know if I will be able to use these offcuts because of the fumes. I won't be buying again.

Parcels are always delivered quickly thanks to prime next day delivery except in the case of book pre-orders I've made. On more then 5 occasions in the past year, when I've had a pre-order on a book with Amazon I have been kept waiting for it to be delivered for a long time (the worst was three months passed the release date). I'm not sure if it's because they don't get enough of the first prints sometimes to meet their pre-order obligations but the mentally of just cancel your order if it doesn't arrive is irritating concidering on more then one occasion the first print has sold out and I then have to wait for the second print. I have heard this is also an issue with some video game pre-orders as well. So a word of warning to those pre-ordering books from Amazon, be prepared for a 1/3 chance of waiting past the release date for your pre-order or having to cancel the order to quickly find it elsewhere.

Prime delivery has gotten quite bad in the last couple of months. Other than issues with delivery up to 9.30pm when getting items sent to a business address- utterly ridiculous! And deliveries now being sent partly with other couriers and Royal Mail... I live in London surely there is enough demand. That said, the expected delivery date and the reliability is now sub par. Bring back the old service that I joined for! Big shame

although having used amazon many times becuase ofnthere excellent service I have decided not to use them again ever.Evry time I buy something they automatically sign me up for amazon prime, This is ridiculous! I have to contac t them to cancel every time which is a nonsense. very frustrated with this policy so I am afraid amazon have lost a long standing customer.

Wasn't sent out very quickly. Amazon delivery driver can't tell the difference between a house 2 or house 2a but still marked he had handed it to me when i contacted amazon under the impression my parcel was missing was told i would get a phone call in two days time to discuss. Phone call never happened luckily i managed to track my parcel without any help from amazon. Incorrect or missing deliveries are happening on a more regular basis it seems

I order I t-shirt for my husband. On site the color was blue. When the t-shirt came was blue with very light strips. Which was ok, I just had to return the order. Al thought I had to pay for the posting. So I order something costs £14.95, I paid £4.5 to sent it back and of course they refund me £14.95. So I paid £4.5 because I order from Amazon.
