Amazon what a disgrace. I ordered the ring doorbell which was supposed to be delivered on weds 2nd December. Your tracking showed it was handed to me. It wasn’t and I told you that on weds, you wouldn’t believe me though and wouldn’t let me complain until two days later. Well there is now a 9 week lead time on this item which means it won’t be dlievered til 1st feb 2021! When I was chatting to the person the other day they said you’d send out ASAP. What a lie. Looks like I will be out of pocket for over two months because your courier clearly decided not to deliver my order. I can’t even speak to a person! Instead an automated chat bot. Terrible service.
