I order quite a lot from Amazon and 99% of the time they are the joint cheapest retailer. However in the lead up to busy periods, a few items haven’t arrived or have been marked as delivered, with an attached photo to an address other than mine or simply not delivered at all. This may well be the courier of course, but it’s still a little annoying. On the plus side, Amazon are always happy to send a replacement item, but this leads to a delay which makes having Amazon prime a little pointless.
