My experience with amazon was always positive. But recently I bought 2 amazon products not from any seller, just amazon. I my surprise came when I fuon that you can't comment or rate them as you rate product from seller.
I could not upload photos of the condition of the product whe it arrived damaged, and is very disappointing.
