Fraud on Amazon App!!!!! I promised as a gift what the announced promised: Microsoft Surface Pro 7, with a Quad core I7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, and what I have received is a much inferior and cheaper product. A Microsoft Surface GO 2. Luckily I understand a little bit about the product they are selling and I realized the fraud. Imagine how many people are getting purposely deceived by Amazon. I could by this product cheaper elsewhere but, naively I thought Amazon would be more reliable. Now they are offering me as the only choice a refund... well first I promised a product as gift and I am not interested in a refund; secondly they are still selling this item and deceiving people in this scam. Shame on you Amazon. I want my product, the one you are selling still and not my money back.
