Don’t value your custom for over 15 years!!!
Send out rude/inflammatory emails asking why your return products!
Well if they didn’t send out faulty/poor quality items or not to brand standard, then customers would not have to return!
Maybe they should familiarise their selves with the Consumers rights act 2015, of their customers have a right to return!
Rude customer services!!!
Won’t be my first go to point to shop going forward!
