Used to have Prime. When I cancelled online, it stated everything went through ok. Then still got charged. Had to download the app, to contact a real person. Who did resolve it. But it was an inconvenience. I then had to uninstall the app, as Amazon doesn't understand that I want to buy items in the U.K & U.S.A. I have to visit each site separately to get the full range, with relevant costings. Prime also only works in the country of origin only. So I couldn't use it in the U.S.A or vice versa. Generally a poor level of customer satisfaction.
