Extremely fast delivery of fitness tracker. All works well and easy to re-charge when strap is removed. Records steps automatically and updates the downloaded app on I-phone. If the automatic heart rate monitor is used you need to re-charge more frequently, but with this turned to manual charging can be done less frequently and heart rate can still be taken as and when required. A good buy.
