As a family we find shopping with Amazon to be a pleasurable experience as they are very competitive with their prices and often offer free next day delivery on many of the goods they sell. Overall we are very satisfied with their level of customer service agents, which are easy to get hold of when there's a problem. At no point to date, have I or any of my family members had a bad experience with them.
