I ordered an item on 18/06/2021 which was to be delivered by the 26th /28th. When the item had not arrived by 14/07/2021 I sort of gave up hope but complained to Amazon anyway. To my surprise, The seller (Alhambra Corp) phoned me on 15/07/2021 and assured me it was dispatched but a replacement would be sent immediately. On 17/07/2021 my order dropped through the letter box. So, thank you Adam (The Alhambra Corp spokesman) for restoring my trust in online shopping.
